@Paytmcare I also got a call from them, I should have talked about this delay on the phone but their executive disconnected the phone and the mail also came and I hope that the Paytm team will continue to give their service in this way once again thank you

@paytm is just a payment service provider and they can’t register a complaint. Firstly they are denying to raise a complaint, secondly they are maligning the image of a nationalized bank saying bank can’t and must not deny the complaint. So, 5/n
