    @Paytm there is a bug in UI, I tried to raise the bug on bugbounty but couldn’t due to some issue. Tried calling your support. Couldn’t get a solution.

    @Paytmcare My question is you are luring people with upto rs 400 cashback on a minimum spend of rs 150 , where a customer shops for rs 5400 and more , you still give them rs 5 cashback? What are you trying to do here ? Lure the old customers who left you 4 such low level marketing gimicks?

    Pathetic service from @PaytmCare I’m trying to cancel my bus booking Order ID: 27509910728, but the app isn’t allowing me to cancel it. I’ve raised the issue through Help & Support, but the ticket is being closed without any resolution. This is frustrating and unacceptable.

    I am frustrated with you customer support i requested 5 times to your customer service to fully deactivate my Paytm Business Sound Box But after registering my request nothing happens no calls from your engineer and my ticket closes without deactivation. @Paytmcare

    @Paytm Your customer support is the worst. I have been trying to get my refund from August 22, 2026. But there is still no update from your side, just your annoying AI Amy, even on email, just Amy replies. I want my refund back by tomorrow. Here ends my patience.

    @Paytmcare Please stop cheating and looting people. My amount deducted timely and Paytm page didn't load. But you issue only partial refund. My alternate plan charge is not refunded. I have nit any service then how paytm can deduct these charges. Please issue refund @Paytm @vijay

    @Paytm poor customer support and care. No efforts being put in resolving the issue. Looks like time to shift to a better platform
