    @Paytm there is a bug in UI, I tried to raise the bug on bugbounty but couldn’t due to some issue. Tried calling your support. Couldn’t get a solution.

    Maybe @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin @Paytm should rename "Customer Care" to "Customer Ignore." It's been 10+ hours with zero response. Is acknowledging a customer's refund query really that difficult? Still waiting for an update on Booking ID: 27255988499.

    @Paytmcare Hi Ria, What is my fault here, and why Paytm allow such kind of fraud operators to list their name on paytm, I don't know the operator I booked my tickets via Paytm and I have not get the service for which I paid, so should get refund or else I will escalate to higher level

    Pathetic service by paytm, My credit card bill payment via Paytm is stuck 'Pending' for around 2 days, Due date is in 2 days. App ticket raised but no human response. Phone helpline is automated and repeatedly points to useless chatbot. Please resolve immediately. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I've been trying to get in contact with your travel cares team for 2 days now, all in vain. I got a 2 days ago which I couldn't pickup and since then, there's been no reply or response. Help me out.

    @Paytm Is this how you value and treat your customers? Repeated assurances without any actual resolution are extremely disappointing. Please provide a clear timeline and resolve my issue at the earliest.

    Pro tip : Avoid typos of CAR NUMBER while checking car insurance premiums or renewal options on Paytm. Paytm will run behind you FOREVER despite it’s not about your car. @Paytm : FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare very annoyed at this moment because of your service you provide me the timing at 8 40 am and I reached on 8 15 am but interestingly the bus operator is saying that the bus left at 7 am. How's this possible? I have the call recording. You wasted my time.

    @Paytmcare Stop this nonsense & give me remaining data balance as per your recharge plan, check ticket Id & your support chats so you clearly understand what fake recharge plans you showing to your customers, let everyone see that you misusing your customers trust.

    @Paytm the most pathetic service- its a scam I booked a flight from mum - blr, when i tried to check in, it said it was cancelled, no one contacted, neither is there any helpdesk to answer your queries, you will just be redirected by the ivr from one extention to another
