  @Paytmcare The most pathetic customer support experience. I took a personal loan on 22nd Feb and got the disbursement mail the same day but the amount is still not credited into my account yet. What shocked me is there is no provision to get in touch the customer support.

  @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Soon paytm will be closed. If you providing such a worst service to customers. Worst ever comparing to other applications. You proved that it is a third class application. We can start using phoneme and gpay and get rid of this paytm to pay any payments.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare I’ve 2 soundboxes not working since last 6 months. Even after so many complaints your company fails to resolve my issues. I’ve paid yet again for the machine but I think I’ve been fooled. Please tell me what do I do with these soundboxes? Throw them or keep them

  @Paytm after completing my kyc I can't add money in my wallet. Customer care says wait for 10days.I use fast tag of paytm.Due to that I can't use that. What a disgusting service
