@Paytmcare Didn't receive any call from your end. This is really a very bad experience. I'm constantly getting message that I would be further charged. From 4 days I'm following up but received no response. Already charged late fee which is also wrong as I raised this issue before due date.

@Paytmcare it's very annoying Requested atleast 10 times now ti close/deactivate my paytm postpaid account the help bot always says yes it will be deactivated but i still After doing this process for 10 times, till now my postpaid account isn't closed can i know why??

I Request @Paytm and @vijayshekhar to take the ownership as i am their loyal customer of @PaytmBank. I am student who survives a month on this allowance and really want my money back as soon as possible.
