@Paytmcare Paytm is the best fraud bank Because of Paytm soundbox is given me for no cost of rental fee. My problem is any transaction will done the amount was going mines(-) amount. I loss 600 Rs. I was called to the customer care they saying the money will not refund.

I have done my @paytm offline kyc on nov 7. they told me "you will receive a letter with in 7 days" i have been waiting for more than 18 days they have not send any letter, , so i have raised complaint in chat, they not even replying to query regarding this issue.

@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare My biggest mistake in life is to open an FD in Paytm Bank. Pathetic customer service! The issue is not getting solved from the last one month. Now I'm going to file this complaint on RBI! Am helpless now 😔
