    @Paytm @Paytmcare @ViCustomerCare I just recharged my VI SIM after a long time because my primary number, which is Jio, was having problems. In the VI app, I saw a ₹299 offer, so I recharged it directly from the app and paid through Paytm.

    Hey @flyspicejet @Paytmcare do u have intent to resolve the problem and give my refund.. it's almost 20 days gone still I didn't received my Refund for which flight has been cancelled by Spicejet and booked from Paytm Apo. PNR NGNL3N @MoCA_GoI Hope u r taking note & get involved.

    @Paytmcare Please stop asking for callbacks and provide a formal, technical explanation regarding this routing glitch in writing here. I am looking for a definitive, positive resolution and compensation for the mental harassment caused by this service deficiency, not more calls.

    @Paytmcare I am trying to open a merchant account, but I’m getting an “Aadhaar is already in use” error. I have never used my Aadhaar for any other merchant account. Customer care says my mobile number is not registered. Please investigate this issue.
