    @Paytm 4. Paytm will never recover your old account. I shared my documents multiple times but no gain. After every 1 or 2 months they will issue a fresh ticket id. And u have to start from zero explain your issues and they will no reply easily. Nor conect call before 40-60 minutes.

    Such a very poor support system of @Paytm. There is no any way to connect with the Paytm customer care team, helpline number is available only to listen to the IVR option. @vijayshekhar please let me know how your team resolves issues. #bycottpaytm #lootingcustomermomey

    @Paytm Am Dibyajyoti Biswas trying to open a paytm account, so for document verification I called 27×7 help maximum time and customer care executive are not fixed my issue yet. 5 times I sent my documents with selfie mode.

    @Paytmcare @FreeFir83898870 @Paytmcare I had requested for KYC, and paid the charges as well, agents had called me but never showed up, I had contacted customer care and tickets got closed stating that I was not available at home, which is not true. Pls DM for my account details.

    Respc. @RBI @Paytmcare (1) My Paytm account and all services were closed by my request on 9th of May. Later I got to know that the Paytm Wallet is still active (while my profile has been deleted, so I cannot access it).

    @PaytmMoneyCare @Paytmcare Earlier I used to get contract note before 12 midnight. From the past couple of days I am nor getting before 3am. Today I still have nkt received it. Not sure if the support guys are sleeping but I think you should do your job properly

    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare thanks for the reply. I am an old customer. Still why my KYC is not being updated. I went in person for KYC but no luck. Also UPI/ Net banking nothing is working that would help me pay against my Fastag. Can anything be done?

    @Paytm 3. Here is a catch. How new account is created, when there is option of only login via otp. This is server error of paytm and i am paying for that. There is no way to recharge my fastag. Not even close fastag, or issue new fastag till old account is recoverd.
