    @Paytmcare @Paytm What a pathetic service you guys have, raise a complain ticket 4-5 days ago regarding a refund, but issue still remains unresolved.

    @PaytmCheckin @Paytmcare no dedicated support desk, no customer care number. Only option is to raise a ticket that is still unresolved, got no confirmation on booked ticket been 12 hrs now the airline says its a group ticket by agency. This is totally a fraud.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Hello paytm, I booked flights for today (August 28th 7:40PM). Once the tickets are confirmed, the date of departure changed to next Friday (Sept 4th, 7:40PM). Customer care is of no help. Either allow us to modify or cancel the booking free of charge. URGENT!

    @Paytmcare my SpiceJet flight has been cancelled by the airline. I called SpiceJet, and they asked me to contact the booking platform from which I booked the ticket. Please help me with an alternate flight option urgently as I need to travel. Kindly look into this and assist ASAP

    @Paytm @PhonePe @GooglePay Just thinking—could we add a pop-up reminder while making a payment to add a note about the purpose of the payment? I got confused about my spending and couldn’t recall why I made certain payments. I am sure this issue is faced by many Thanks.

    Hey @flyspicejet @Paytmcare do u have intent to resolve the problem and give my refund.. it's almost 20 days gone still I didn't received my Refund for which flight has been cancelled by Spicejet and booked from Paytm Apo. PNR NGNL3N @MoCA_GoI Hope u r taking note & get involved.
