@Paytm your video KYC service is rubbish. I have tried at least 10 times and it fails at various steps. When I requested KYC at doorstep, no one bothered to confirm or show up. You allowed me to put money in my wallet. Now you won’t let me take it out!! @RBI

@paytmbankcare seriously fedup with generic responses from @Paytmcare Feels like always bot replies without reading about the issue. From 2 weeks i am raising KYC agents are charging money But the solution paytm is giving is sharomg the link of KYC agents. PATHETIC.
