@Paytm sir why do u give false promise n misguide customer that cash back of 0.75% at petrol outlet by paying via Paytm. U give to some n some u avoid n u reply there is no cashback. Is it just to attract new customers and misguide people. The best part is ur c care doesnt talk

And with double tariff , buy fun part is that I conveyed this to paytm same night but now after almost 4 months regular follow up they said I stayed there that night and u won't get refund ....please help @Paytm @vijayshekhar Please don't force me to go consumer forum .

@Paytm 's 24×7 help section in app is very #poor . The assistant bot has very limited options. There is no option to chat with customer care executive. Most of times, the issues are not listed. @Paytmcare need to improve help section in #paytm app.

Worst Service I have ever come across, No one is actually interested in solving the issue but wants somehow the phone should be disconnected. Paytm Customer care executive said to disconnect the phone and you will receive the solution- YA right 😡😡. @Paytmcare
