    2/2 @Paytm @Paytmcare i am sharing screenshots for the same. Earlier i recharged my a/c but benefits weren't provided which were promised. The issue was resolved and benefits were provided after 10 days long discussion. If you want I can share screenshot too.

    @Paytmcare I don't expect @vijayshekhar to reply or do the work of customer service team but least you can do is ask your senior most technical team to look into this & resolve. A company is as good as it's customer service and if you can't win customers, they won't stick around either.
