    @Paytm @YoloBus My Srinagarโ€“Delhi bus 5 July was scheduled to depart at 3:00PM. I reached the boarding point at 2:00PM but the driver informed me the bus had already left at 1:30PM due to an โ€œissue.โ€ No prior call SMS or notification was sent. Yet my refund has been denied twice.
