    @Paytm is a scam. The app got updated and one of my non usage number from ages back got a Auto recharge processed without my permissions. I have never set any auto debit options on any cards. And now @vodafonein1 is troubling me to issue the refund.

    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare - Please improve your in app customer care (24/7). Please don't think having only the chatbot would help. Used to pay most of my bills/insurance payments using Paytm. Happily uninstalling for lack of customer service/empathy displayed
