    @Paytm I have been using Paytm wallet for many years but the money was deducted from it twice.Pretext of verification. My money is not coming back.I had changed the mobile, all the money came on Paytm login with the new phone.Why didn't the money come to the wallet ault this time?

    @Paytm @PaytmBank @Paytmcare yesterday I reached out for help so far only holding response from your team with no sense of urgency to address the issue. In fact fraudsters are responding much quicker impersonating as legit paytm guys. Can you resolve the highlighted issue

    I think @Paytm should start new class for their customer representatives and teach them how to speak with customer. Worst speaking manner very disappointed.
