I feel @Paytm @Paytmcare has the worst customer service in 2021. Their call will redirect you to chat and chat will redirect you to call. But you'll never get to talk to someone or resolve your query. Feeling sad for @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare I refer my friend.& he instal and register. Add bank in account. And did first transaction. Still i did not get referal money. When I was talking to customer care. They are making me fool. Whereas I got msg from Paytm. Your Frnd join by your referral link.

Why is it so challenging to get in touch with a CSR or a live agent apart from Chat bots to discuss any issues ? The customer service is still very pathetic. There are multiple issues with no one to hear ! @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare @Paytm
