@RBI there was a fraud transaction done on my @Paytm postpaid and I mailed the Paytm on the same day but they are not doing any thing for that . @Paytmcare is not helping out they are just making the customer fool . It is not the small amount .

@Paytm From last one month no customer support is replying on support ticket, they blocked my ac w/o any notice any sms..my all funds completely gone...guyz don't use paytm... They will steal your money any day any time

@Paytmcare Great excellent job done by you people. Just believe whatever your so called merchant is saying you and never believe what your customer say to you. I don't see any use of CUSTOMER CARE as no CARE is ever provided to any customer. Keep you name MERCHANT CARE instead.
