    I was using paytm postpaid service but even after paying full dues it shows full amount not paid. No customer support at all. Didn't expect from such large company but you guys have made a mess #paytm @paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @RBI Dear Paytm my settlement amount of rupees 97542 will stuck due to blocking of credit transaction in my paytm payment bank i call paytm customer care and also msg in help and support section but no one responded me yet i also dm you in twitter msg box

    @Paytm @orangetravels Very bad service. I was travelling from bangalore to pune on 19th Dec 2022, where bus got delayed for 3 hours and i was standing at the boarding point waiting.I have opted for refund of the amount but no valid response from them. Paytm Id :- 19896732072

    The paytm postpaid is showing as a consumer loan in my cibil report and the financer name is Clix Finance. I am not able to contact the customer support of paytm postpaid because there is none @Paytmcare @Paytm , There is no mail id and no number please help
