  @Paytmcare your app is pretty useful. Until something goes for a toss. The chat system is dreadful and doesn't even cover basic issues and the customer care is rude! What a horrible experience it had been since a month!!

  @Paytmcare Hello, I am facing an issue with my rent payment. I am trying to reach customer care since 2 days but they are denying to help and saying you need to go to app and write on 24*7 help but I am not able to track the payment status even there because of error.
