  @vijayshekhar @Paytm Dear Sir i had faced a 7900 rs fraud transaction in which 2000 rs goes into your merchant woohoo's account fraudulently. First your cyber team was helping to get the money but suddenly they left this work and don't want to help me.

  @Paytmcare I've been constantly trying to return the product since I recieved it, it's been 2 days & I'm still unable to do so. Paytm Customer service is really really poor, they only expect you to keep patience and do not give updates. And there is no way to contact directly.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare I just poke to your customer care regarding a defective fast tag. I am not sure why do I have to pay 100 rupees replacement charges when multiple toll is unable to read your tag from the day 1. This is literally a damaged product.
