    @Paytmcare Hi Ria, What is my fault here, and why Paytm allow such kind of fraud operators to list their name on paytm, I don't know the operator I booked my tickets via Paytm and I have not get the service for which I paid, so should get refund or else I will escalate to higher level

    Maybe @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin @Paytm should rename "Customer Care" to "Customer Ignore." It's been 10+ hours with zero response. Is acknowledging a customer's refund query really that difficult? Still waiting for an update on Booking ID: 27255988499.

    @Paytm upi ref number 404605783172 not received on my account. In app amount is received but went to different account which I am unable to access. Please help
