    I did complaint regarding my merchant soundbox which isn't working since Saturday. I called customer care & they said your soundbox will get replaced in 2 days but no one has contacted me yet from your side. This carelessness now effecting my business. @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I had facing this issue approximately 25-30 days.and today my paytm account is blocked. Request you to kindly help me and get is resolve this KYC related issues.

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @paytm I think you have world's WROST service. You take more than one month's time to address a simple Issue and even after that you won't find the resolution. You better don't approach customers to provide service on your own!!
