    Paytm Lite service problem. When paytm launched paytm lite I used its services but on 20/03/2023 I made a payment to merchant in that time was showing pending and today 22/03/2023 it is showing payment done. now paytm is not taking reponsibility. my money has gone. 🥲 @Paytm

    @Paytm lost all the previous orders and profile after login. Why are you creating new account with tjeaame old mobile number? Why are you blocking old account? Contacting customer support is worse and restoring account process also stupid process. Make it easy.

    I applied for lic ipo through @PaytmMoney. Partial allotment done. Remaining amount has been released by @weKFintech but has not been updated in my bank. When checked with bank it is showing that the amount has not been released by my DP i.e paytm money. Kindly help. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Hi I didn’t complete my KYC previously but i was able to add money to my account. Now from today I’m unable to do the same. Also the chat support is pretty much unresponsive. Please advice how this will be resolved?

    @Paytm it is about 24 hrs for complaining. But no action has been taken against the fraud who transfer my paytm account on his number. All documents are provided by me to paytm which are asked by paytm. He continuously used my name and photo at his account. Please block him.
