When paytm launched paytm lite I used its services but on 20/03/2023 I made a payment to merchant in that time was showing pending and today 22/03/2023 it is showing payment done. now paytm is not taking reponsibility. my money has gone. 🥲 @Paytm

Got call from agent y'day, explained all again but still no resolution. Need proper investigation & resolution ASAP.
