Paytm Lite service problem. When paytm launched paytm lite I used its services but on 20/03/2023 I made a payment to merchant in that time was showing pending and today 22/03/2023 it is showing payment done. now paytm is not taking reponsibility. my money has gone. 🥲 @Paytm

Worst Service provider, Paytm app is sending me 10 msg daily that we tried to call you but you are not reachable. I gave received a once in 4 days tgat too got disconnected in 15 seconds. Pathetic and frustrating service. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

@paytmmallcare @Paytm order for order id: 13888018840 which was to be delivered 17/06/2021 was updated as attempted despite no attempt from courier. I am still waiting for the order, why is it taking 2 days to re attempt? #paytm #worse #service

My Amount of Rs470 has been debiated for paying exam fee. The amount has been debited and not reached to the merchant.I have complain more than 20 times but customer care not given me the correct answer. My amount was debited on 10may 2021. Pls help @PaytmBank @Paytm

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar In fact, when I am going for a video KYC it is not even allowing to make call and a message appears " your kyc is complete". I do not know who runs your customer service but they have no idea of it while you claim to be a tech giant etc.
