I spent half an hour to connect twice to customer care and each time within first sentence of conversation without any prompt they put you on hold and run away @Paytm @vijayshekhar

Paytm Lite service problem. When paytm launched paytm lite I used its services but on 20/03/2023 I made a payment to merchant in that time was showing pending and today 22/03/2023 it is showing payment done. now paytm is not taking reponsibility. my money has gone. 🥲 @Paytm

@Paytm @narendramodi Please do not take payment on Paytm Business QR. The middle class installs Paytm QR in their shop and these people block and steal the money on the pretext of settling the money the next day. My money is trapped. @RBI
