When paytm launched paytm lite I used its services but on 20/03/2023 I made a payment to merchant in that time was showing pending and today 22/03/2023 it is showing payment done. now paytm is not taking reponsibility. my money has gone. 🥲 @Paytm

I am waiting since Tuesday to transfer UPI Lite from Android to iPhone. I was not able to disable on Android device as I shifted to eSIM. Chatbot just send message to understand the problem however not able to solve in 4 days. @vijayshekhar
