Paytm Lite service problem. When paytm launched paytm lite I used its services but on 20/03/2023 I made a payment to merchant in that time was showing pending and today 22/03/2023 it is showing payment done. now paytm is not taking reponsibility. my money has gone. 🥲 @Paytm

I again filed complaint, customer care agent apologized, & promised that 125rs will be refunded, & on Feb10, a person came & picked up sound box till now I haven't received my 125rs refund. I want my money back, I've proofs of mails, plz resolve now @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare

@Paytm I have 2 accounts on Paytm on 2 different sim numbers. You don't accept 1 PAN for both. Now you have freezed my account & not releasing my wallet money. Ridiculous! When not allowed, why allow to create more than 1 account.And see the fun no customer care to listen to.
