Paytm Lite service problem. When paytm launched paytm lite I used its services but on 20/03/2023 I made a payment to merchant in that time was showing pending and today 22/03/2023 it is showing payment done. now paytm is not taking reponsibility. my money has gone. 🥲 @Paytm

@Paytmcare As per my loan agreement I can preclose the loan anytime after first due date.Your team is saying it's not allowed till 8th August.I want to preclose now or I will stop any future emi payments and also raise the issue with the banking ombudsman. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare purchased 3 soundboxes as PayTm merchant for diff outlets of mine. Bought on false pretext thru your salesman promising NO MONTHLY RENTAL and just a one time payment for the box. Raised multiple tickets to return the fraud-based box but the CC is tone deaf. Kindly help
