    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare your team activated sound box without my consent and you are charging 125rs from October 22. Your customer support is so arrogent and useless they always said your soundbox is deactivate in 2-3daysThis is a clear violation of my consumer rights 1/2

    @PaytmMoney @Paytmcare One of the worst customer service I have ever seen in BFSI sector. I have uploaded my kyc on 22nd March 23 and still it's not done. ticket I'd 7012810126. How much more time I need to wait??

    Paytm Lite service problem. When paytm launched paytm lite I used its services but on 20/03/2023 I made a payment to merchant in that time was showing pending and today 22/03/2023 it is showing payment done. now paytm is not taking reponsibility. my money has gone. 🥲 @Paytm

    @Paytmcare What a worst service experience @Paytm @Paytmcare , Going forward I am not going to make any payment through Paytm. Paying such a huge amount towards CC and waiting for 2 days is absolutely useless service. I don't understand why? #NoPaytmKaro to all the user.

    @Paytmcare I had reported this to customer care executive when I received call but no action was taken only asking for the repayment that too with late payment fees. If it's not resolved I would like to file case against Paytm for unauthorized activation of postpaid service without consent

    Hello I loss my job due to my accident. But that time @Paytmcare also doing fraud with me represent say arrange or borrow due ammount your Paytm postpaid limit again open. But after payment it is still block Paytm postpaid doing very wrong with me atleast give true information.

    @Paytm it's pathetic exp. OTP limit reached called customer after 3 hours of struggle to hear "wait for 24 hours". REASON FOR CUSTOMER MOVING AWAY, I GUESS I SHOULD CONSIDER TOO
