Paytm Lite service problem. When paytm launched paytm lite I used its services but on 20/03/2023 I made a payment to merchant in that time was showing pending and today 22/03/2023 it is showing payment done. now paytm is not taking reponsibility. my money has gone. 🥲 @Paytm

I described my issue on @Paytm 24×7 help, they told me to do KYC.I did it,but my issue is not solved.again I raised a ticket & again they send the repeatedly same message to do KYC. Why do u say it a customer care when u dnt care it at all,u just copy paste fix msg @Paytmcare

@Paytm @vijayshekhar I used Paytm for fastag but during return journey discount not applied. There is no option to raise complaint. Look into the matter as no customer care available for Paytm fastag. Don’t know how you are managing

Really disappointed with the @Paytm postpaid service. Done a transaction with Paytm postpaid and the amount is added to my bill and left my account but merchant has not received the payment till now. More than 48hrs and no refund or credit is done. @Paytmcare

@Paytm I sent money to a merchant account via UPI on your app but they didn't receive it, even though the amount got deducted from my account. It's been more than two days now. You haven't resolved my issue yet. Pathetic service and even worse customer care.
