    I’ve made a UPI Transaction yesterday at 4:11 pm, it’s been debited from my acc but not credited in recipients acc, I’ve been trying to reach out to customer care for @Paytm & @aubankindia but to no avail, I’m just getting the bot response. It’s so unethical.

    Beware of @Paytm! Agents push you to take Paytm machines, but later hold merchant funds. When we submit requested docs, they reject them and won't even provide sample formats. Don't use Paytm! DM me if you're facing the same issue. @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare There are some options in the paytm for business app that don't work; I lodged a complaint about them, but there hasn't been a solution yet. Wait more than 7 days . Still not solved What is the issue ?

    @RamMNK @paytm @paytmcare Really mentall harssament by paytm team for not procesing of refund. Airline team confirmed they will process the refund but paytm team not ready. Sir, please help on this my Paytm Booking ID : 27345517995
