Don't ever book any bus ticket from Paytm, if the bus is getting delayed and you want to cancel the ticket, they people need 10 working days to cancel the ticket and share the feedback, it completely bullshit response, never expected by paytm. @PaytmTravel @Paytm

@Paytm @Paytmcare Hi Team I have reached electricity bill 4k on 22nd & 23rd july 2022 through paytm.but it's still showing processing.Recharge not done yet.after several communication to paytm help support, not able to refund my amount.really disappointed of service.need ur help

@Paytm Worst bank fake bank One of my Transaction on 18 june 2022 of amount 1730 was failed.I have called paytm helpline 50 times.only one reply we have registrated your complaint our team is working on it.i have raised ticket more than 20 times Nothing happen.Reference no.216927730317

For past few months, @Paytm has frozen my account and wallet and is asking for KYC update. The KYC centres are denying for KYC. Not it is very troublesome. The customer care is totally waste of time. Extremely harassing! Plz help @RBI @NPCI_NPCI

@Paytmcare It's been 15 days and my issue is still not resolved, I am getting call from Adity Birla Finance daily to pay due amount which is already paid.Pathetic services you are offering in the name of Paytm Postpaid. No option in the app to deactivate account , No IVR support.
