    @Paytm @vijayshekhar The biggest problem why I prefer Gpay over paytm for upi use is below. 1 - If I have to open The app for upi payment it loads late because of so many options on screen. 2 - Too congested options compared to GPay .

    @Paytmcare Are you doing anything or not to solve the bloody problem?? Bloody frauds!!! Atleast acknowledge the problem first and have some professional communication!!! Noone should ever use paytm!! I will file a police complaint if my issue is not resolved right now!!

    Pathetic service by paytm, My credit card bill payment via Paytm is stuck 'Pending' for around 2 days, Due date is in 2 days. App ticket raised but no human response. Phone helpline is automated and repeatedly points to useless chatbot. Please resolve immediately. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare What's the status? Its been more than 32 hours i got the gift card. I haven't recieved any update on this? How much more time you need to resolve the issue? You're holding 5000 Rs of mine. Mind it. Refund my money or rectify the error ASAP. #paytm #jockeyindia

    @Paytmcare we have raised deactivation request of card machine on your merchant care app on 25th july , got no response till now Infact on my ticket there is number of a agent (sahil) who will pick up We called him , he had no professionalism Very bad service Need help
