@Paytmcare I am writing this to u to inform u that I registered complaint regarding my Paytm sound box on 9th sep 21 at customer helpline. the customer care representative told me that my Paytm sound box would be replaced in 15 days time.But till today no action has been taken.

I am waiting for resolution of this issue from a month and still got no satisfactory reply. @Paytmcare is filled with ego and never value their customer or their issues.
