@Paytm a you payment was failed but amount deducted from Bank and I can see there is no refund after 24 hours as well. I immediately checked with support chat and they didn't help much except saying check with the bank. While bank said there is no issue at our end.

Why Paytm doesn't have call back request option or toll free number where customer can contact , big companies all have same like Flipkart, Amazon etc & your staff is not properly trained to understand problem & also not solving the issue. @Paytm @vijayshekhar
