After 3-4 hours, the pending Paytm payment also got completed. Now I’ve paid twice for one ride and support isn’t helping. Please resolve this issue.

Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !
