@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar strange to see paytm service quality.i just tried used Paytm postpaid service 1st time and without giving any intimation of due date my Paytm postpaid account got blocked &Rs.295/- late fee was charged. Calling 24/7 service but no solution. Help!

@Paytm Hi Team, on June 3rd I have added 12400 to the Paytm wallet and then I tried to transfer 12400 to my SBI account nad then my issue started amount went to pending mode,It is said amount will refund to account or to wallet within 3-5 working days,,It is happened on June 3rd.

@Paytm Started using your services after 2-3 years again but same problem of cashback. Purchased something from Flipkart as Paytm UPI had ₹25 cash back in Flipkart showing ₹25 added to Paytm but paytm a scratch card is received which we don't want

@Paytmcare I was never sent a monthly statement for the post paid account and a late fee was charged. The chat option in the app only has pre defined questions but no way to raise this issue. No Phone# or email available either.
