@Paytmcare I need help with my order ID 18466766535. None of your customer care is able to help and your 24/7 helpline is pathetic. I paid 13000, Everything went fine and still PAYTM shows Payment Failed. Either refund my amount or pay my bills.

Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare You have put my account under freeze & when we call for kyc to any kyc partner then tell them that it has been closed from last 3 months. Pls help as my fastag is linked to same account. Otherwise help us to close the account.

@Paytm why is your in app support feature sucks. It never ever clears the customer and leads to terrible frustration among the users. I'm having issue with cashback points for my recent order, and tried to get it resolved with the support feature but it sucks.
