    @Paytm Respected Sir/Madam, I am unable to view my CIBIL score in your Paytm app. I have been trying continuously for the past one month, but it is still not showing. Even after refreshing the CIBIL score section multiple times, the issue remains unresolved.

    It has been 3 days and @Paytmcare still hasn’t resolved the blocked account issue despite taking all details in DM and saying the matter is under review.I’m unable to access my UPI Lite balance,and there has been no reply,or upfate from the support team. Extremely disappointing

    Dear @DashReels, @Paytmcare and @NPCI_NPCI, I had already cancelled the AutoPay/subscription mandate for DashReels, but ₹399 has still been auto-debited from my bank account without my consent. This is an unauthorized recurring transaction. Kindly investigate this issue, process

    @Paytm I have cancelled a flight ticket from your platform and there is no update about the refund. The airline says they have sent the amount back but I don't see the same anywhere in the @Paytm app, and obviously the app support page is AI ENABLED so that makes it useless
