@Phoenix2JD @amazonIN @Paytm It happens when paid through wallet+cards. I too faced the same issue. Try paying with only a wallet or only card. Paytm charges agent fees. Amazon won't charge.

@Paytmcare Hi, I have tried to make payment through my credit card and payment was failed hence when irctc refund my amount why it was not transferred to my credit card. There was no option to connect with live agent wrost customer service. BR, Ashraf
