Today got reason why Paytm share went down bcoz cheating with customers , even when your promocode is successful applied they don't credit & give other reasons... if system shows successful applied how can they deny @vijayshekhar @Paytm @RBI

@Paytmcare This is the most ridiculous form of customer care where I can't get any help you don't have messaging channel bot is replying over and over again the same repeated messages I don't know what to do just going to stop using Paytm from now on its ****, no help no support.

@Paytm is it possible to speak to a customer care executive at all?? Some random jio payments are being automatically debited from my wallet - not reflecting in the automatic payment section. I have been trying all sorts of customer care options - chat, call, email. Nothing works

@Paytmcare Paytm is a scam even in stock market and in service also soon it will be closed I have neen charged a enormous 500/- inr as a late fee I missed it so please either waive it off as a one time exception or else close paytm postpaid account I don't want to use it anymore
