    @Paytmcare Hi Ria, What is my fault here, and why Paytm allow such kind of fraud operators to list their name on paytm, I don't know the operator I booked my tickets via Paytm and I have not get the service for which I paid, so should get refund or else I will escalate to higher level

    @flyspicejet @Paytm Extremely disappointed. We were informed at the airport that SG-472 was cancelled, and SpiceJet staff confirmed a full refund for both onward & return tickets. Now SpiceJet asks us to contact Paytm due to a group booking, while Paytm isn't resolving the issue!

    Dear @IndiaPostOffice, Consignment No. EO887528444IN has been marked as successfully delivered, but the recipient (@Paytm & @PaytmBusiness) claims they haven't received it and is asking me for the POD. Kindly help me obtain the Proof of Delivery at the earliest

    @Paytmcare Hi Team, There is no option to connect with a live agent on Paytm. Every time it shows me a ticket that is being worked. Why can’t you tell me the timelines by when can I expect a revert or refund on my issue. Will refrain next time to use Paytm for vouchers. @Paytmcare @Paytm
