@Paytmcare I placed Paytm mall order no.17925721754 on 30-Apr-2022 worth Rs 10000, order was cancelled later however my money has not yet refunded to my account. I am trying to reach out to Paytm mall support no 01204606060 but number is not reachable can you please help.

There is no specific contact no. for postpaid services. No one helped or tried to read concern properly. Sent scripted responses to me. Have already spent and paid more than lakhs rupees and first time facing this issue. About to close Paytm.@Paytm @vijayshekhar @PaytmMoney
