@Paytmcare You guys generated a paid bill in my paytm postpaid account. There is no way to reach you neither by chat nor by customer care number, and i m not going to pay that wrong bill you generated. Give us valid customer care number or email atleast.

@Paytm your new login security is useless. If I want to access my Paytm account why would I need an SMS from the device if I can give the OTP as well as the password!!! Changing to other app as I need to do transactions without any hustle. You lost a loyal customer. Kudos! Bye

@Paytm is there any easy to contact customer care because it's too complicated and i had raised ticket for a transaction which wasn't completed and was deducted from my bank account, i am not getting proper response.
