@Paytmcare Yesterday made a payment by paytm which was supposed to be done by me thru a link sent by paytm but smart Paytm did it by itself without even asking my pin & I too did payment by link. Double payment for one order. Trying to reach customer care but failed.. pathetic!!

@Paytmcare most most pathetic customer service Trying to cancel my fast tag either from mobile app as well as toll free number Call never goes through on toll free number. Just one message of high call volumes. App doesn't have what I need. Sick and disgusting.
