@Paytmcare @Paytm Biggest fraud I've ever noticed 1) No way to talk to customer care, it routes to Paytm App Help 2) Paytm App help section has predicided menu, no way to raise a ticket. It is as if, they are help us as per their own wise. This company was Golden Goose once.

@vijayshekhar Sir, I’ve been a victim of Soundbox fraud since 2022. I never received any device knowingly. Still, I’m being forced to pay ₹1998 for deactivation. Despite proof & multiple complaints, @Paytm has stopped responding. Please help. 🙏 #PaytmFraud #ConsumerRights
