@Paytm @Paytmcare I requested for a fastag closure on 7th October. Customer care told, it would take 3 days. After 5 days and a social media post only, you proceeded with it. Now you want me to wait 3 more days? Horrible app, customer care and worst attitude towards customers.

Today I received a pop-up for double verification of my account on the Paytm app. The app asked for my number and OTP was shared as usual however this time an SMS with my login was also sent to "8826977388", a number listed in multiple frauds online @paytm @Paytmcare @MahaCyber1
