Air India customer Care agent is saying refund is not initiated and travel agency needs to talk to air India. What detail or request air India want now to proceed further even after RA number is generated.

Hey @Uber_India, why should I have a ₹350 minimum @Paytm balance for a ₹35 Moto ride? I don't even use Paytm much and none of my upi is working on your app! Had to "round-off" the fair to ₹40 as that's how cash payment works for some reason 🤦🏾

@Paytmcare very very worse service I got from paytm. My friends I request you to First uninstall it. Otherwise you might have done any transaction and paytm will block your account without being notified to you. Then all your money gone it will never come back mind it.

@Paytmcare I had canceled my flight tickets on 30th March, but I haven't received a refund yet. At the time of cancellation, I got a mail saying that the refund would be done within 48 hours. I have contacted 24x7 care through the website but still no progress.

@Paytmcare @Paytmcare When can i expect an update ? Whenever i call 24x7 i get a response that we are working on it. When this can be resolved ? I raised a case on March 27 and today is April 11.
