@Paytmcare My Paytm payments bank account number is 7895107394 , i made a upi transaction of ₹500 on 9 January 2022 which got failed at that moment but amount has been deducted from my bank account account. Upi transaction id is 200908295445 , please help me.

@JioCare My last bill payment I made via @Paytm isn't updated in your records. The worst part is I have tried calling ever customer care number I could find. Everywhere I get is IVR which doesn't solve my problem. Not once I have been able to speak to a representative. Plz Help!

@Paytmcare kindly make sure you do due diligence of checking with all the service providers whether at all they issue any such document which your are asking customers to produce. Now let me know the alternative ASAP and close this long pending issue
