Lately every service provider has started doing this where they don't provide customer care number and ask customers to complain through internet/app, where one keeps waiting forever. @Paytm @Paytmcare is also doing the same.

Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP
