@Paytm since October, I am trying to contact to Paytm customer support for my complain redressal. Everytime I only get a ticket no from their app's help and support menu. After few days they say the issue has been resolved but they don't do anything. Worst customer support 👎

@Paytmcare - most useless app for raising a complaint. User has to select option. If your issue is not in list, you cannot do anything. Sheer useless app for complaint. As if Paytm wants only complaints which they feel is right to he raised.
