@Paytm @Chaayos I paid using the paytm wallet and money was deducted from wallet but it was not reflecting in chaayos.They said it will reverse soon. Money not refunded yet. Made payment of Rs 200,200,324,83. Same issue with all 4 transactn. Number 9899893693. Payment made on 10oct, 3nov, 13may.

@Paytmcare I probably have had the most awful experiences with your Paytm postpaid account. Yall don't send any notifications or messages for the bill being due. It is so inconvenient to use your app because of this. Moreover the support extended by your 24/7 team is pathetic.

@Paytm First of all whatever you make promise to customers kindly fulfill that first. You promised to provide airport lounge access on visa debit card so provide us with that service or refund us our hard earned money. Till time you won’t fulfill promises your shares will not go up 📉
