@Paytmcare I booked an Air India ticket (PNR J6SL5) for 21 July from BOM to RAJ, cancelled it on 20 as I had to fly on 20 itself due to an emergency, booked via paytm again. Has been 2.5 months, no concrete response from customer care. Kindly process refund ASAP. @jagograhakjago
