    @Paytmcare Hi Ria, this is the same response I've been receiving for weeks. SpiceJet keeps denying responsibility and asks me to contact Paytm, while Paytm says it's waiting for the airline. As a customer, I shouldn't be caught between both parties.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar it's very wrost service I raised issue couple of days didn't respond properly i paid assurance amount 580 somthing where is my travel voucher it's really disgusting service no one respond properly
