@Paytmcare then I have raised a ticket and ppbl AI said that our customer service provider call you within 4 hours..but no one has called yet...aise kaise chalega paytm..koi toh jawab do..never expected such type of problem from ppbl..30k is huge amount for me.

@Paytmcare @Paytm why am I not able to access my fasttag? Today, all my transactions are gone and not able to see fasttag too. I need to travel tomorrow. How do I see the balance and recharge my fasttag? Do I need to pay cash (double) as a penalty for having paytm fasttag?

What a pathetic customer service @Paytmcare. I waited for long 10 minutes still the call did not connect. And I have to disconnect at the end. Paise chhapne se fursat mile to do something towards your pathetic customer service
