    @Paytmcare If the merchant received the payment, share a settlement/transaction ID or proof I can show them. Why should the customer keep running between Paytm, the bank & merchant? I paid via Paytm—please coordinate with your merchant and resolve it. Ref: 619609903653

Deactivate this Soundbox immediately and refund the deducted amount, or I will escalate this fraud to the RBI Ombudsman and National Consumer Helpline. Resolve it
