Dear @Paytm I am facing issues with upi payment. It constantly shows that my bank has high rate of failure and can’t be used for UPI payments. Though I can add money to wallet using the same bank account !

Worst customer service experience with @Paytm. Trying to connect with customer service people through Paytm application but there is no option. There is no email where we can raise our concerns. There helpline is just automated replies just like their Twitter DM. @Paytmcare
