Don't ever book a bus #ticket from @Paytm. The #bus left 3 hours early than the scheduled time. The driver called me only once and asked me to reach the destination in 10 mins So I had to cancel my plan to travel and also lose my money. Thank you #Paytm for the pathetic service

What a way to fool customers by @Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare for prepaid recharge with minimum value of 99/ against promocode Cash back of 15/ promocode applied on check out but you can not complete the transaction due to some error when you remove promocode you can recharge no error.

@Paytm @Paytmcare it’s been 2 days I have raised my issue and no resolution. None of the Paytm people called me or messaged me to address the issue. Worst service ever. Moving out of Paytm to PhonePe. I advise everyone to do so. Pathetic customer care..

I called @paytm customer care for some problem but after 1 min a guy from his personal number called me and said he is from paytm and he was same person I talked with paytm helpline number then he asked me to download team viewer app to solve the problem he was trying to scam me
