    @IntrCity avoid their service, its pathetic. Their contact No doeant work, the bus driver No theu share is fake, the bus tracking link doesnt work, if you are in a new place, high chances that you will miss the bus. @Paytmcare

    @Paytm completely sucks... They are so ****** in terms of thir customer service. I had a bus booked through paytm which is delayed by almost 1.5 hours. Operator is saying it will be late by around 1.5 hr more. And paytm is so bad that they aren't even replying to any tickets.

    Dear @Paytmcare, My Paytm Soundbox has not been working properly for quite some time. I have raised multiple complaints with customer support, but the issue is still unresolved. This is affecting my business and causing inconvenience in receiving payment alerts.Take action ASAP

    @Paytm I placed an order on Flipkart and made the payment through Paytm because there was a ₹50 cashback offer. It was mentioned that the cashback would be credited after the return period but I still haven't received it. Please check and help. #Paytm #CashbackIssue @Paytmcare
