I want to deactivate paytm postpaid. There is no option in the app to deactivate the account and your customer support doesn't know how to do it. She informed me - after disconnecting the call, will send a message with deactivate account link but no msg recd @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytm Ticket Id: 3260069687. Raised since 17th January, still no resolution. Why does your app doesn't have the option to delink from 3rd party merchants? How many more days time do you need to resolve this simple task? Terrible customer service.

I've a serious issue with your service I had 1035 outstanding for Paytm postpaid which I paid in 2 seperate transactions (200+835)you have marked them as done but not reflecting the 200 into credit limit n asking me in return to pay the remaining amount again @Paytmcare

@paytm services are worst. Inspite of using before two days Suddenly account is locked . Due to this my fasttag is also not working and I have to pay double toll at toll plaza. When I called to customer care they told to wait for two days. I have to go somewhere urgently.

@Paytm hello.. you guys have mentally tortured me.. i had paid the loan infact pre closed it.. but u guys have dedicated ACH charges for over 2k INR in my acc.. and customer care is not even responding on the tickets and grievances mail..
