  @Paytmcare I try many times to connect with customer care regarding my paytm postpaid PAN verification but not helpfull service. I also use paytm kyc and since last 1 year i use paytm postpaid and no due amount till now... But it's suddenly stoped.

  @HDFCBank_Cares @Paytm @PhonePe HDFC payzapp, seriously, you need to learn from other companies operating wallets. You have the shittiest wallet service,2 months to get refunds, notransaction between 9pm and 3 am and what not. You are still living in the stone age.

  @Paytmcare I took a personal loan from Paytm. My first EMI due date on 5th May 2022. But the extra charge will show on my pass book that is Rs.5778 instead of 5538. The due date has not finished. It is a fraud with me. I called customer care service but call didn't connect.

  Dear @Paytmcare, i found that you have deactivate my Wallet and Postpaid, it's fine because you are charging for its use but forgot to close my Loan Account. Please close my @IDFCFIRSTBank loan account to remain my CIBIL SCORE healthy. Becoz your customer support is worst.
