@Paytm they have charge cancling charge more then ticket amount customer service are not good miss ruchi have saying please make new booking with all include amount without my ticket amount is rs 242 they have refund 80 rs for my ticket And say please book ticket again

Hi @Storytel_In ! I hv got a storytel 1 month worth voucher from @Paytm ...It says that I hv to pay only 2Rs to be a member. But on the payment page, it asks to pay 999Rs. I am little bit confused. Want some help here

@Paytm @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare This way a large chunk of your customers who use your bank daily will be wiped out if you own a company with such large number of customers your customer care should always be ready to reply and assist one particular customer and get him fixed.

@Paytmcare please Reply me. I made a transaction of 1,610 using your app on 15th May but for some reason my transaction failed but the money was deducted from my bank.3 days have passed but my money has not been refunded. Please solve my problem and refund the money.
