My ticket (200012678155) is pending from more than 14 days with no response or updates. Trying to connect to an agent from last five days but no use.

You guys let people book cancelled flight and then not even process a refund. PAYTM ALSO DOESN’T HAVE ANY CC NUMBER TO CONTACT AN AGENT AND KNOW THE STATUS.

vijay (@Vic_Vij) reported@Paytm @HDFC_Bank @vijayshekhar 📩 - However, we find that the transaction was made towards "HDFC Life Insurance" and we found that the Card holder Name was provided as "Vijay" and the Merchant Name was captured as "Vijay Shekar Sharma", due to KYC mismatch the letter was sent based on working captial policy.
