Pathetic banking experience with Paytm . I retried loggin in to my account and my entire history including my bank account is no more accessible. How can @RBI allow fraudsters like @Paytm to operate banks ! And literally there is no person customer care number for grievances.

@santoshpatnaik @virsanghvi @Paytm Don't care about who sponsored who. But their customer service sucks. There is no direct way to talk to a human in the company and in emails, there is non eneding loop where everytime they will ask the same thing and will reply with a template message.

@Paytm Recently I lost my phone in which my Paytm Payment Bank login,but after some time when I try to login my Paytm Payment Bank in another phone then my account is not opening and also when i reached Paytm customer support then they said no any bank account link to my number.

Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm Why the hell you guys block my paytm account.. It's 2 days and you guys even not replying.... So pathetic, I think phone pay and google pay will be the better option....just give me my money ....I will make sure in future I will not use @Paytm 😡😡
