    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have a Paytm business account. I don't have any sound box but they deducted Rs. 496/- every month from last 2 month. The customer care number is not working. Invoice No: 8564169787 Invoice Date: 31.05.2026. this is fraud.

    @Paytmcare From now onwards never using this **** Paytm ever. They just waste time. Today is my payment due date, and just now paid through Gpay and it got settled within 1 min and got confirmation from HDFC too. Never ever going to use this Paytm now. WORST. Don’t use this app. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare I'm not able to find any info on my wallet balance in your app. When I ask the chatbot it says contact paytm payments bank app. But there is no such app. Help and return my money

    Dear @Paytm, @Paytmcare your AI support is unbelievably frustrating. You asked for a State Bank of India statement, and I uploaded an SBI statement—which is literally the same bank. Instead of reviewing the document properly, your system keeps sending the same automated responses
