@Olacabs contacted me today and insisted that cashback issues need to be taken up with @Paytmcare @Paytm I tried to make them understand that it is not a cashback issue but an issue of a gift card I paid for not working. Can you please sort this out? Its exhausting. Thank you

@Paytmcare this is to inform you about your carefree behaviour towards your customers. On 15 jan I raised a complaint coz my fastag was not working, you guys said that issue will be resolved within 24 hrs but after 96 hrs you guys are telling me that it will take 2 weeks.
