  I think I'll have to ban Paytm now. It's too much you guys don't have solutions to some problems .Our company has stooped so low that we cant even find a customer service number and there's no call option either it's as if we're criminals and being investigated. @Paytm @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare absolutely pathetic customer service. AI bot neither understands the query nor allows to connect to an agent. My ticket (200012678155) is pending from more than 14 days with no response or updates. Trying to connect to an agent from last five days but no use.

  @Paytmcare @Paytm Even after raised ticket, payment made from your platform/ gateway still not credited / updated in MSEDCL system. If insurance policies premiums paid and faced such issues, customers believing payments are done 🤔🙆 Have to run pillar to post ??
