@Paytm @vijayshekhar Sir me And my family is using paytm from last 7-8 year's,customer service is horrible as compared with other apps,I booked bus ticket for 5oct 2022 for 9:10 PM but bus driver arrived at 12:30 despite calling,mesg in paytm no one pick, Its time to meet in Consumer Court, See you⚖

@Paytmcare have you recruited blind people for customer support? I have shared a screenshot and said it ******* 10 times that I used my Indusind card for both the transactions and they keep telling me the IDFC card.
