    @Paytm paytm app activated in 2019. PAN and Aadhar submitted for verification. Status KYC verified. May 2022 stopped working "Your account has been put under credit freeze. Please submit required details to unfreeze your wallet". No prior warning, no information. Its shameful.

    I placed an order for cult pass on @Paytm and order was successful and money got deducted. I received a coupon code and when I am trying to use it shows already used. Worst service by @Paytm.

    @Paytmcare got zero care they have no valid customer care, they expect us to DM on Twitter for which they take more than 3 weeks to talk to their teams internally! How can it be such poor customer care when our money involved? I want no excuses,I want an answer rather a solution
