    Some serious issue with @Paytm @Paytmcare UPI transactions. Money getting deducted from the account but not getting credited to the vendor account. Customer services doesn’t connect on call. @RBI must step in because paytm has no mail ID for cust service nor their phones connect

    @Paytm @Paytmcare it would be great if some1 responded positively & promptly to a transaction which was to be refunded. Answering deal with the merchant isnt helping. Need more help from ur end. Can i expect this issue to be solved asap, without any trouble

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar I have made transaction using Paytm UPI and my balance got deducted but transactions failed, when I requested paytm to follow up they closed the case telling that's the bank problem. I had two 2000 rupees transactions and now I ran out of money.

    @Paytmcare FD is renewed automatically with incorrect interest. Interest earned is much lesser than Interest rate at the time of FD creation. No option to call customer care. Happened twice, loosing trust in @PaytmBank now. Looks like a fraud!
