@Paytmcare @PaytmBank @paytmbankcare why blocking an account is quick but unblocking isn't. And please make a relevant ivr for direct conversation with call support incases of genuine error. Why need for irrelevant documents such as sim card proof etc.

@Paytmcare Hi Money fraudulently debited from Paytm wallet and postpaid. I neither purchased any product or service nor I shared OTP .I lost for my money. Is it my mistake. Your reply doesn't address. Hence your reply has no meaning unless it solve issue. Else prove that it is my mistake.
