Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare Are your customer executives really busy or they are sleeping? I'm trying to resolve one minor issue but your IVR system has kept me on waiting for almost an hour. Shall I stop trying? No wonder your stock tumbled 1/3rd after listing. Ridiculous Service!

@Paytm @Paytmcare this In regards to the Paytm postpaid used by me , I got a call from the customer care to pay dues and told me the interest will be waived off, but after numerous reminders in the inbox interest amount is not waived off and I am not getting any reply

@vijayshekhar Hi, I'm trying to add my Debit card in my 'Paytm with UPI' app but I don't know why after completing all the process..It shows in red colour that my card is not added successfully,it is happening when I got a new debit card from the bank. Help? @Paytm @Paytmcare

I made a payment of 10k on paytm on 23rd july,money got deducted from account but transaction got stuck. It has been 10 days,still paytm hasn't refunded my amount. I called approx 20 times but customer care is not respoding well. Kindly look. @Paytm @Paytmcare
