While using Paytm UPI, amount debited from my account but recharge failed. When i moved to customer support in the Paytm app, it display a popup written no internet connection, even though i have good internet. Poor customer support service. I need my refund now @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytm Amt remitted is not recd by the receiver & no idea as to where the funds have gone It is disappointing that @Paytmcare doesn't have any option to lodge a complaint or to contact the customer care personnel directly. Pl inform how to contact the customer service personnel
