@ltmhyd Previously I used @Paytm for recharge first I enquired with Paytm team they said I need to visit the metro station to get the issue resolved after 2hrs. it not got credited to my smart card after tapping the card even after 2hrs. Same has been escalated to @ltmhyd and resolved.

@Paytmcare I'm utterly dissatisfied with the service you're providing with the orders of debit and ATM card. Wanting to cancel the request to the order, i have no other option to delete my Savings account, also which I'm unable to. Kindly look into the matter at it's urgency!

@Paytmcare How to reach out to you guys ? Somebody transferred money to me , I got some notification but not money. That person claims money deducted from his account but I haven't got . Not able to find solution through self help. What to do ??
