@Paytmcare @Shubham66986029 Fault is yours. Why use it? You could have booked an air ticket directly from the airline website. Why then from a third-party app, which is known for the worst service, including frauds using its name to dupe people.

@rajputnachiket @Paytmcare During the last part of 2020, there were many PayTM KYC frauds. But, PayTM never bothered to alert its users through its notifications. It shows it is not at all a customer-centric company, it is only aiming at money-making.
