    @vijayshekhar @Paytm My father Mr Deepak K Gupta, with mobile number ******4352 had Paytm account. He has money in it. But he is unable to login. It asks for saved card’s details which he doesn’t have anymore. Kindly help

    @Paytm My friend sent me money using Paytm, amount got credited in my Paytm wallet. Now when I am trying to move that money to my bank account you guys are asking for kyc, while VKYC I am getting error post entering my PAN details. Words can't explain how frustrating it is.

    @Paytmcare Hey! I have registered multiple requests to close my Paytm account as well as postpaid account and everytime I am assured that it will happen within a week. It's been more than 6 months and after multiple complaints, my account is still active. Please help me out! TIA.

    @Paytmcare dear paytm, i contacted your customer care executive 4+ time and also used you 24x7 support in app section 5+ time but there are no response from them. Customer executive tell me wait again and again from last 7 days. very bad service 😡😭
