The problem occurred due to a technical error on the Paytm app (“Fetching Error”), because of which no booking confirmation was visible and I couldn’t take any action like cancellation or filing TDR.

I was making a recharge via MyJio app and they directly applied the Paytm voucher which was showing guaranteed cashback up to Rs 300.
