Don’t book bus tickets from @Paytm, They don’t take any responsibility, bus operator can cancel your ride anytime, even just before boarding. And upon complaining about the same, they said contact your website or platform (in my case Paytm), And even use abusive words on argument

@Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare I booked a bus service from Mangalgiri to Vishakapatnam on 13th December. But at last the service got cancelled without any update, no one responded about service cancellation. This is the worst experience that I have ever experienced with your paytm.
