    @Paytm @RBI What a pathetic service by Paytm Postpaid.On the name of upgrade,I was downgraded.Moreover, without prior consent of the customer,and without letting him know,service category is changed & now harassing the customer.PaytmPostpaid should be closed.#ShameonPaytmPostpaid
