  It was primary app for me for everything until few years ago.. unfortunately.. now I don’t open it in months.. For UPI - I have shifted to Super Money | PhonePe For everything else like bill payments, recharges, gas, electricity- I have shifted to Amazon Pay. The biggest issue for me is not the absence of rewards on PayTM, which I understand in a long run no one can sustain but charging extra on every payment method for everything except UPI doesn’t sit right with me. On Amazon Pay, at least I can use their gift cards to pay and mostly they don’t charge anything if we are choosing Amazon pay through some other app and use credit card. Though, my best wishes to @vijayshekhar sir and @Paytm but maybe make payments with no extra fee for using Credit cards.

  @Paytm totally pathetic from paytm instead of solving issue with my merchant account they simply chose to deactivate it cant trust paytm anymore beware

  @Paytmcare Are you doing anything or not to solve the bloody problem?? Bloody frauds!!! Atleast acknowledge the problem first and have some professional communication!!! Noone should ever use paytm!! I will file a police complaint if my issue is not resolved right now!!

  Not able to talk with @Paytmcare from last 3 days regarding the payment of my loan emi . There is not a single option to connect with customer support there Bot replies that i’ll connect you shortly ,no email no number worst service i ever faced

  @Paytmcare I'm stuck in other country and booked a flight from your platform when I got a ticket and checked with the airline , they have informed the reference number is invalid and I cannot even contact you what a pathetic support you have given..

  @Paytm @Paytmcare is a total scam I cancelled gold SIP on PayTM but it is not cancelling it Their customer care doesn't exist, and chatbot is designed to never solve a query They don't let you even delete your bank account; never doing business with them again #scam #fraud
