@Paytmcare account recovery complaint has been raised 3 days back and still the issue not resolved for mobile number 9414031433 and complaint number is 3270052718 and Because of this my wallet amount is blocked and unable to recharge my paytm money fast tag

That was fine we all got frauded not by @Paytm but an agent....but it's @Paytmcare responsibility to help merchants come out of this situation. I have raised complaint regarding this #soundbox deactivation uncountable times but still no response from @Paytmcare.

@phoneylogics @Paytmcare My account wasn’t locked, Support was not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help
