Typical corporate culture in providing resolution, it blows my mind that @Paytm is an all digital service and yet working like this. The option to update address while ordering physical card should have been there in the app in the first place

If someone has the updated address on their aadhar card then just update the damn address in the payments Bank man, what approval and checks are you waiting for. It's real surprise to see an startup working with such laid-back attitude @Paytm @vijayshekhar

@vijayshekhar @paytmcare @RBI it is better to improve paytm's customer care service and customer's query resolution then to advertise for new services. Customer care executives not able to understand the issue.
