@Paytmcare I was So Mad to use Paytm Postpaid. Even If My 100% Repayments are done on Time, My Credit Score Has been Reduced from 776 to 746. I want you guys to either fix it Or Kindly Close My Postpaid. I'll better Delete this App.

Paytm is one of the worse companies when come to customer sevice. I have a long pending issue with fasttag, what i need is just a change of mobile number in my paytm account and after numerous phone calls with paytm the issue is not resolved. @paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare Cheaters! placed an order (order No. 12659914623), received a different product than mentioned in description.. Now No return policy, No Option on IVR to speak to a representative on customer care number, not even replying to issues raised on msg.. Feeling harassed.. Discouraged

@Paytmcare is there any way left to talk to your representative, just IVR is there and that too can't resolve problems. Service for helpline has became worse. Paytm is disappointing everyone.

@IndiGo6E Dear Prabh and @Paytmcare the issue was resolved, it was my mistake that I could not kept the check on my account transaction. When Prabh mentioned the date and I checked the bank statement, I found the full refund was there in my account. Thanks everyone for the help and support
