  @Paytmcare Hi Ria, this is the same response I've been receiving for weeks. SpiceJet keeps denying responsibility and asks me to contact Paytm, while Paytm says it's waiting for the airline. As a customer, I shouldn't be caught between both parties.

  Dear @Paytmcare you are such a dumb support team. Every time I go through AI bot and not getting a resolution. I keep trying it for past 5 days and ended up repeating my request and answering same. Is there any human who can listen
