    Since then @Paytm has not been supportive. I call them 10 times a day and they direct me to their 24x7 chat support every time where we talk to a bot & it's useless. Out of 100 calls I have placed 1 call was finally answered by a human in customer care & I was assured that (2/3)

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare Trying to get in touch with customer care since many days but I'm not able to. Also, 24*7 support seems to be ridiculous, showing same thing again and again. My payment got debited twice from Paytm wallet, but the merchant has received only once. This happened on 8 Oct

    @Paytmcare I have decided never to fall for paytms offers again ..I am a new customer of Paytm .On 29th of October I ordered pizza from Dominos worth Rs 474 in the hope that I'll get Rs 500 cashback a/c to offer but I was wrong in trusting Paytm,I didn't receive any cashback

    @Paytm Warning!!! I lost ₹1507363/- in paytm due to my paytm block without any reason. Don't keep money in paytm bank also 1rs because you may be blocked without any notification. 😡😡😡

    @Paytmcare I ordered track pants from Paytm Mall. When it delivered, I see there is no tag and when I applied for a return delivery, the partner refused to collect. Why? I also raise a query at 24*7 Help & support 4days ago but no action has been taken My ticket id is 22050824882
