    @Paytmcare @Paytm I am unable to make payment of my Paytm Postpaid invoice generated today. Raised a ticket no response. If the issue is not resolved I am not liable for any penalties

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Why you guys are not resolving the issue despite repeated requests. I have requested you to address the issue of VKYC and full kyc account through your support team DM. Look into the matter else I have to escalate the issue.

    Hey @Paytm & @PhonePe Here's an idea! Why not add a radio/aux option to your payment collection machines, so shopkeepers can entertain themselves during slow periods? And when a payment is received, the music could pause briefly and prompt for payment. Win-win! #CustomerService
