    Someone sent Rs 9500 to my @Paytm wallet and was asking for refund. I asked him to call paytm customer care to do the reversal, as I have approval for the same. Tried to call @Paytmcare number but rather than giving me solution, their IVR kept giving different options.

    Indian culture is using Gpay despite its server issues and delayed payments just because it's "@Google" and an international company while ignoring @Paytm which has a far superior product just because it's Indian. @vijayshekhar
