@Paytmcare My wife doesn’t have access to her old phone number. She wants to update her account with a new number. Your website doesn’t help solve this issue. It’s impossible to find the number to talk to a Care rep. It should be a lot lot easier.

@Paytmcare I wouldn’t have booked the tickets if there was no ₹150 cashback . I thought I’d be getting cashback thats the reason I booked tickets. If you cant provide cashback cancel the tickets and refund me. @vijayshekhar sir how can your team simply say that its an issue its a BIGTHING
