    @Paytmcare @jagograhakjago 5 days since I reported issue about unused Nykaa giftcard bought from Paytm showing 'invalid' despite being in validity & not redeemed. Got call from agent y'day, explained all again but still no resolution. Need proper investigation & resolution ASAP.
