@Paytm @fastagofficial even after having balance in account 560 was charged double at 2 tolls .. they say payment account and Fastag have this error and low balance shown on Fastag .. added 1000 still same error even after.. this is horrible.. loss and mental trauma #1

@Paytm @Paytmcare I have raised ticket in paytm app on 31.03.2022 and I was told that my issue will be resolved by the end of the day of 4.4.2022 but till now my issue is not solved. My issue is regarding a coupon that I have received in the exchange of cashback points.

@Paytmcare Our registered paytm business number is 7719365340. We have sent all documents for account upgradation via mail. Repeatedly following up since 10 days. Ticket number is 5021752370. But customer care is always saying to wait 24-48hrs. We are really loosing our business

@Paytmcare You guys blocked my account, being a old customer, and that chat bot says share your kvc then kyc with a selfie, sent the same 3 times and it closes the ticket. No one picks call from your team that IVR is sick. It doesn't want your guys to get disturbed and disconnectes.
