    @Paytm @vijayshekhar @mdeora1 Your app. Is not working. For several months the app stopped showing the UPI lite balance. Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !

    @Paytmcare Update: @Paytm customer support finally called me regarding my unresolved ticket. What’s concerning is the complete contradiction in responses. 1. Initially, Paytm’s chatbot clearly confirmed that the transaction had failed and the ticket was auto-cancelled.

    @Paytmcare @paytmcare For travel issues, RedBus is far better. They actually respond and sort refunds within hours. Paytm should learn basic customer service before taking bookings.
