    @Paytmcare payment made on 21St March 2022 till date credit nahi huwa. Everytime you'll say message personal,but no reply on that too. Very bad service.

    @datta_arvind Paytm started charging surreptitiously for traffic challans etc. My friend paid Rs6 service charge for a Rs170 Challan. Trying devious methods to increase revenue as there was no warning about charges till the end of transaction @Paytm #Paytm @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @Paytmcare You are misguiding your customer and quoting irrelevant reference number. As informed by Kotak Bank, it is transaction ref of payment not reversal, so it's clear that you have not yet initiated the refund. So stop fooling your customers and do the needful ASAP

    @Paytmcare How do you guys manage so WORST customer service? I have an issue with my wallet deduction and trying to chat with customer executive but your chat support is worst ever seen, no executive to support chat, only so called bots with predefined msgs.
