    @BATA_India @Paytmcare @Paytm Bought Bata gift card from Paytm App. Went to Infinity mall bata store in Mumbai. Bata store getting terminal id error. My shopping experience just turned bad. Paytm n Bata pls provide solution or stop selling gift cards online,if they don't work.

    2 months I’ve been trying to deactivate my Paytm Soundbox afterclosing mybusiness. Raised 20+ tickets, multiple follow-ups, and even field visit yet no resolution. Extremely disappointing customer support experience.Sharing this in hopes of getti@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare

    Booked a bus through @Paytm on May 18. Waited more than 3 hours, driver didn’t respond, and cancellation info came very late. I shared all details in DM on May 18 itself, but still no update or proper response from support. Very disappointing experience. @Paytmcare
