    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare its already more than a week you said ill get a link for payment never i got, even i called the customer care many time they will say the same again wait for the link, is there any process really set up by paytm to handle such cases at all? No one has any clarity

    @Paytm someone I know booked a flight that got cancelled and did not fly. You are refusing a refund. Not expected from a company I look upto. Can you help me connect to the right people to sort this out? Have all the details.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Neither you are giving any working customer care number nor your resolving the issue.if you want that I stopped using both buisness and personal paytm then it is fine.

    @PaytmCheckin @Paytmcare no dedicated support desk, no customer care number. Only option is to raise a ticket that is still unresolved, got no confirmation on booked ticket been 12 hrs now the airline says its a group ticket by agency. This is totally a fraud.

    I took a payment on paytm machine through QR code but it showed processing and after sometime it failed. I don't have contact number of customer. plz help @Paytmcare
