@Paytmcare Amounting to Rs 2664.09 deducted vide RRN 108886783659 DTD 29 March 2021 but not received by IRCTC nor refund in my account till date.I also contacted with SBI bank, informed me to contact paytm authority.Please resolve the issue for refund the said amount

@Paytmcare @DGohey I was Booking Train ticket on 29 March, 2021, ticket not booked but amounting to Rs. 2664.09 deducted vide RRN 108886783659.Merchant informed amount not received I also contacted with SBI, informed me to contact paytm.Please resolve issue

@FASTag_NETC I messaged to paytm fastag customer care. They replied that it is mandatory to have 150 rupees in fastag wallet if main wallet is 0. Even if if load money in our fastag wallet at toll plaza, it'll take 45 minutes to reflect. Only the option I have is quit @paytm

@Paytm For all, if you make payment via Paytm for a service/product then they might send you messages again and again everyday for buying that product/service again even if you tell them not to do so.

I'm using @Paytm since more than 6 years but this time I'm totally fed up with your service. I'm trying to cancel my bus tickets since a week. Even my journey date has been passed. I have tried calling customer care few time. But no solutions yet.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Whenever I call the executive, manager or POS support getting the same response refund will be processed in 15days. I don't know which calendar you guys are using where 15 days are equal to 4 months. I need my money back

@Paytmcare I have got a refund for the UPI transaction from the merchant but it still is not credited back by paytm upi. What is the procedure to raise a ticket for tracking refund apart from upi chargeback or upi cashback issues.
