    @Paytm this is extremely frustrating. I made a wrong UPI transfer last night and have been trying to get human support since 8 AM. Ai said a ticket was created and someone would reach out — but instead, after 3 hours, the issue is suddenly marked as resolved with 0 help.

    @Paytm This is quite disappointing, as such offers influence the decision to proceed with the payment. I request you to kindly look into this issue and ensure that the cashback is credited as promised.

    @Paytmcare I made a mobile recharge of 982 it's been 2days it's still stuck on pending, money is already deducted come on fix it. I have raised ticket too still no help all u say it's it's under process.
