    Paytm a big cheat company.Using paytm merchant service is the worst decision.Unnecessary charges are taken by them.First they assure no charges for device then they cut money automatically which we receive from our customer.That is our hard earned money.@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

    Casual reminder to @Paytm @Paytmcare that "Unable to process the request" isn't a user retention strategy. Every time I click the "Close my account" button in the app, it fails. For weeks. You must have error logs, failing to fix this implies you like it as a feature? @consaff

    @Paytmcare I'm not able to find any info on my wallet balance in your app. When I ask the chatbot it says contact paytm payments bank app. But there is no such app. Help and return my money

    @Paytmcare is also one of the worst things currently in the world. You ****** asked me to send queries in dm, And now it's been 1 day, no replies. W8 i will come to your device to replay me and make paytm work proper mother ******. Worst ever service @Paytm

    This is a clear case of service downgrade and misrepresentation. Customers paid for AC Sleeper comfort but received a completely different service without prior notice. Requesting immediate intervention, investigation, and appropriate refund/compensation. @Paytm @vijayshekhar
