    & when I called to @Paytm support, the guy keeps repeating can't help in this. I travelled 60 km to board the bus & now I'm standing on the side of highway with no hope. Is it not a crime? Uncontrolled fare, zero responsibility towards passanger & worst quality of service.

I’ve been trying to complete device verification for the last 3 days but keep getting “Verification couldn’t be completed – We didn’t receive the verification SMS”. I already have an unlimited recharge pack + extra top-up balance on my number. Still not able to login. Please resolve this urgently.

    @Paytmcare I didn't get REFFERAL cashback amount . I reffred person completed his 1st payment through using paytm app. Kindly request to paytm slove my problem .

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness Seriously what the heck is wrong with you guys! My dad wants to cancel soundbox subscription, called u repeatedly, always gave a service no, still charges deducted months after months, Close his Soundbox ASAP!! PLEASE STOP HARRASING!! Pathetic!!

    Paytm @Paytmcare Your AI support is frustrating. It traps users in endless automated replies with no easy way to reach a human agent. AI should assist, not replace customer support especially when people’s money is involved.Please bring back easy access to human support. #Paytm
