  @Paytm Paytm Soundbox,Using it for almost 1yr,I am telling it deceptive bcz, at the time of installation I was said that it will charge Rs-49/mon and it charged 49 for 2-3 mon, later 74, then 125 and now 135/mon charging. And now it is deducting few rupees for other wallet charge. Wtf

  @NPCI_BHIM Thanks for resolving the issue but I will never recommend anyone to use BHIM, Instead of BHIM, I will go with @Paytm or @GooglePayIndia

  I’m frustrated with Paytm Merchant services. My payment amount is still not settled, and there is ZERO response from customer support. This is completely unacceptable for a business platform. @Paytm @Paytmcare please look into this urgently and resolve my issue. #Paytm #PaytmMer

  @Paytm @Paytmcare , why does your chatbot such an idiot. I am saying again and again please let me contact to a real person if you are not able to solve the problem, but it is stucked in a loop. Please hire a good AI engineer who can make a better AI chatbot. And let me know how I can contact a real customer support human agent?

  @Paytm @Paytmcare i did ome payment of meesho through paytm upi on that time when I selected paytm upi then it's show flat 40 cashback offer but after txn I get nothing for the same I raise my concern with paytm care but they did accept this issue but denied for cashbak so hlp
