@Paytm Hi, This is Vignesh Sankar I had purchased two Accidentally insurance policy from Paytm . I'm planning to cancel those policies,I already raised ticket in 24*7 help support, They said that payment will be refunded on 7th of January 2022 still I didn't receive my refund.

I have all the documents that I send to them and also call recordings of the customer care executives in which, I stated that I want to cancel tickets due to medical emergency. @Paytm @Paytmcare is fully responsible in this.
