    Pathetic customer service by @Paytm! My paytm payments bank account has been freezed for unknown reason and I'm not able tk login. I have raised a request on 30th May, and I still haven't received any update from them despite of providing all the necessary documents @PaytmBank

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I raised a ticket no.3180548623 for unknown kyc done on my account. but today after 14th day they didn't resolved my issue,I send multiple times same document what they want but they didn't do anything. i call&messaged him multiple times.I am totally frustrated

    @Paytmcare Thank you for responding.I got your point of convenience fee being displayed clearly on & before payment page.But my query is still the same,why convenience fee?What convenience Paytm provided which mobile operator's app or website doesn't provide?

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytm Sir friend's paytm no is connected to two FASTTAG . Wallet has balance of 4000,but on toll plaza paying double the amount due to FT account showing low balance. Already registered complaint and many time talked to tollfree no,the problem has not resolved till time.
