  @paytmtravel No refund received. Had to book emergency flight + alternate travel due to this mess. In-app support is just bot-generated tickets, no real resolution. Requesting immediate intervention and full refund. @Paytmcare

  From September 2025, I am facing an issue of UPI transactions failures in Paytm app and the reason for failure is “UPI RISK POLICY” I am using @Paytm from last 2-3 years and the experience is amazing without any failures but the problem started in September last year.

  @Paytm Dear Paytm Support, This is regarding my flight ticket booking (PNR: 14N04D). I have already received official confirmation from the airline that my ticket has been refunded from their side, and the amount is to be credited within 15 working days. However, despite this confirmation, I have still not received the refund in my account, which clearly indicates unnecessary delay from Paytm’s end. I want to make it very clear: - The airline has already processed the refund. - Any further delay is solely due to Paytm. - I have been following up for days but have received no proper resolution. If my refund is not credited immediately, I will be forced to: - File a complaint on Consumer Forum (NCH) - Escalate this issue on social media tagging Paytm - Take legal action for harassment and delay Kindly treat this as urgent and process my refund without any further excuses.   Still no response or resolution from @Paytm Airline has confirmed ₹1,496 was refunded to the booking partner on 23rd April, yet only ₹442 has been received. No clarity, no support, no resolution so far. @Paytmcare please respond.

  @Paytm Flight refund issue with Paytm PNR: E4CEPF Flight: Akasa Air QP-2017 Total refund expected: 73372 Refund received in parts: F300 + 7723 + #423 =#1446 Pending refund amount: $1926 It's been a long time, but the remaining amount is still not credited.
