@Paytm I used and on 5 may 2021 I paid my postpaid bill payment 2199.72 rupees through by paytm upi and transaction is failed but amount is deducted from my bank account and stuck in paytm and I also spoke to customer care in the bank, he said that the payment was successful.

My car windshield and fastag were damaged 2 months back. I tried closing the fastag but @Paytm actually didn't let me do it with multiple steps and finally showing service not available. So i let the fastag there as I wasn't going to use hence no problem even if INR 150 is stuck!

@CastleConsultS @sugandhabee @Paytm Paytm looks like an over crowded app trying to do everything but not best for anything. Cred is dedicatedly working on CC related stuffs offers eg Cred Pay to directly pay using saved CC, rent pay, all card offers at one space. It is just like we use Ola for cab booking not Paytm
