    @Paytmcare I have booked a bus ticket on 22 oct and unfortunately my bus was canceled through operator side i inform paytm about the issue they assured me that i will get my refund in 3 to 4 days. But till date i haven't got my refund i am continously calling for last 1 month.

    @Paytmcare Since morning your in app help has posted thrice that they have had an unsuccessful attempt in calling me with an update, looks like a will issue at your end, there has to be a willingness to help if you've opted for a customer service job. @vijayshekhar take some action

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar worst paytm service, you call yourself a bank?It's not worth it,my mom died 7-8 months since account is blocked,i want to close or transfer acc to me but none of your employees are giving me satisfied answers. even your staff don't know what to do
