@Paytm @Paytmcare I have paid your postpaid billed amount on last date, but PPBL's server take more than 12 hours to update the payment, and now everyday getting calls to pay rs 50 as late fees. Now i am totally disappointed with Paytm services, going to uninstall it.

@Paytmcare Finally I have got my refund for the ticket. My day was wasted, I could not attend the function to which I was travelling and then the harassment that your customer support gave me was even more terrible. Atleast please don't repeat this with anybody else.

Dear @Paytm I made a payment on 09/01/2022 from my paytm payment bank but the amount got deducted and the amount did not reach the receiver.I have tried calling customer care many times but the call is not connected .My payment is not refunded yet.I'm requesting you help me.
