    @Paytmcare How's that my problem. You took my money on their behalf, you earn commission or whatever. You are responsible. They might never reply then? It's already two weeks. Just give back my money and deal with them how you see fit. If more of my time is wasted, I'd require compensation.

    @Paytmcare No it is not pending from my bank end now, seems there is some issue from paytm end which caused the failure, whatever it is the refund is struck at paytm end can you help me process it quickly.

    @Paytmcare Ticket has been raised with Valorant support there is no response even after 1 day has passed. Now what should user do ? User's money is on edge not Paytm or Valorant.
