@Paytmcare Now Paytm asking for couple of docs to correct the policy. However I used paytm service only bcos I got msg from you mentioning that Renew policy easily online without any docs. This is wrong and manipulative marketing method. #paytm #insurance

@Paytmcare so i waited for almost an hour in that mosquito bites..Its been 3 hours there bus will not reached there, The driver didn't taking the call .The provided tracking also not working properly! Then only i realised after 3 hours i stand alone in dark road...

I just tried to complete my video KYC ,but the customer servicer was so rude and it's seem he has no knowledge about how to do KYC ...why you hire such uneducated people who are don't even know how to behave with customers @Paytm @Paytmcare #paytmKYC
