@PaytmTravel @Paytm And over that you were not even able to help me with the bus operators contact number. Your manager was also not available in your 24*7 shift. The issue was re-escalated again and no timeline shared for them resolution of the issue

@Critiquality_ @Paytm I have two cards with ICICI so far there wasn't any issue from my end, can't say for SBI though as i closed my account with them years ago. Tried with other banks? Phonepe was having issues around 7:30PM not sure if fixed already.

Why in the world can we not have ability to login with OTP?? Why make this process so difficult for your users?? As soon as I regain the access, I will make sure to move all my money somewhere else and close my @Paytm account forever. Enough is enough.
