@Paytmcare , can I know why my account is being frozen again and again? It is a repeat of PAN documentation request and it gets unlocked. Mysteriously for no reason it gets locked again. This is the 4th time in the past 6 months. It is impossible to reach the customer care number

@Paytm @vijayshekhar I am being harrased by KYC team and my account is freeze. On the month of Oct22 they asked for KYC I submitted and then activated. Last week Dec22 again my account freeze asking same document.This is very pathetic service and I am totally disappointed (2/2)
