Dear @Paytm kindly provide customer care no rthr than fooling people Yesterday bus got cancelled which was booked through paytm nd you didnt give msg or call n i wasnt able to contact paytm, your chat optn is so worst that it says only 1 thing that thank you for your concern.

After that whole discussion I was left with no other option but to pay them double amount for the same order. When I tried contacting @Paytmcare they taken my issue into account after 3 days and told me that they will get back to me.
