    After waiting for 8 mins, it got disconnected automatically. The person who has been assigned, I don't know how busy he is? He just makes me wait everytime by giving a time but never shows up, Just improve your service else please stop my process of credit card. @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare It's been more than 3 days already still no response from Paytm,can you bunch of lazy people please stop the process of my application because I can't trust a company with my money who cannot even solve a simple problem.I am going stop using all the services hereafter. @Paytmcare

    @Paytm hi i need help regarding refund. As i use paytm to order on Myntra but when i canceled it shows refund is successful but in paytm its shows Failed, i didn't completed KYC so can you please get my amount refunded.

    Pathetic service and zero customer support from @PaytmBusiness @Paytm one matter takes mores than 120 days to resolve and mo one replies to mail or any call back.. arrogance and worst support.. I can’t believe how can they treat customers like this

    First of all I want to say you dear Paytm your service is 10 out of 0 for me.I was trying to contact you but you can't focus on your customers.I was ordered from Paytm mall.And I am requested for replacement because of the size.Courier service already picked my parcel @Paytm
