After waiting for 8 mins, it got disconnected automatically. The person who has been assigned, I don't know how busy he is? He just makes me wait everytime by giving a time but never shows up, Just improve your service else please stop my process of credit card. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytm there's a problem with any transaction data, when we go to download our old transaction receipt in pdf format, it's not available after 2-3 months, and screenshot interface is disable by Paytm.

@PaytmTravel @Paytm Flight canceled due to lockdown in the month of MAY and till now the refund has been not been initiated Tired of calling the 24 × 7 help line in every 7 days they say wait for next 7 days. Its been 9 Months and tired of this issue Booking ID :- 10008594782
