After waiting for 8 mins, it got disconnected automatically. The person who has been assigned, I don't know how busy he is? He just makes me wait everytime by giving a time but never shows up, Just improve your service else please stop my process of credit card. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare I was able to recharge my PayTM FastTag via PayTM wallet since the time I bought in Dec-2021. How come suddenly KYC is an issue? If that is the case when I try to recharge, instead of stopping to accept money from my bank account, it should warn me that I can add balance (2/3)
