After waiting for 8 mins, it got disconnected automatically. The person who has been assigned, I don't know how busy he is? He just makes me wait everytime by giving a time but never shows up, Just improve your service else please stop my process of credit card. @Paytm @Paytmcare

Was using Paytm before UPI was launched but then switched To GPay. Switched again to @Paytm with a thought to help Paytm become profitable but after using it for 2 months, I am never going to use any other app. Combination of 100+ services yet so simple and delightful

@Paytmcare is soo stupid that it doesn't provide proper support to their customers (doesn't even have an email where you can write your issue)@Paytm is just scamming the money from their customers and there won't be any helpline where you can state the issue.

@RBI @RBIsays on 7 mar 2023 i was supposed to pay paytm postpaid bill of 20000 due to server problm on my bank i was just late by 5hrs to pay the bill as on 8mar 5am i paid my dues still they have charged 885 fine nearly 5% intrest which is against financial laws @Paytm
