After waiting for 8 mins, it got disconnected automatically. The person who has been assigned, I don't know how busy he is? He just makes me wait everytime by giving a time but never shows up, Just improve your service else please stop my process of credit card. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare It's been more than 3 days already still no response from Paytm,can you bunch of lazy people please stop the process of my application because I can't trust a company with my money who cannot even solve a simple problem.I am going stop using all the services hereafter. @Paytmcare

@paytmbankcare My problem is that my @PaytmBank KYC with wrong documents. It should be transfer on my name which was not resolved and you told on call that there is no solution it . And even if I create a new @Paytm account with my number, Still KYC will not done. So My problem is not solved.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I was trying to buy a mutual fund and sent a link on paytm for it's payment but after opening paytm app there was nothing in payment request. I tried it again and same thing happened. Please resolve this problem.
