@Paytmcare I have done a transaction today morning 11:54am through paytm bank of 30k for an emergency purpose hospital expenses but still it was not credited to the beneficiary account. I have called customer care but there is no solution. I think paytm is not taking care

@Paytm @PaytmBusiness @RBI Paytm is running without any kind of customer support. They have simply created an artificial customer support mechanism where they require everything to be done through app even if the issue faced by the customer is not covered in their list of issues.
