@Paytmcare @sam_dev1957 I bought new Paytm Pos Machine N3 device online. When I opened the parcel, the old ***** repair machine came out in it which was not working well,then I complained for replacement on the same day but no response was received from there,the same answer was received.

I am stopping using @paytm app completely till you fix this and refund my money. Besides, I am not going to leave it just here - it’s a FINANCIAL TRANSACTION and the FinMin needs to know if you can’t fix it. 😡

@Paytmcare On 26th June,as per your intimation,MGLpayment was made successfully. But few days back I got again the MGL bill . On closely checking I found you had intimated a wrong consumer number& this way payment was made. Your 24×7 helpline suggests contact MGL you can't help
