So @Paytm is charging extra Rs.9/- for electricity bill payment. Meanwhile I get a discount of almost Rs.100/- if I pay online using state website itself. @Paytm stop doing fraud with your customers. Why I need to pay to use your platform? You can take down your platform.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Your customer service has highly disappointed me. There is no option to talk to the customer service executive on your normal customer care number and your emergency customer care service is like talking to the customer service executive after waiting 20 minutes
