    @Paytmcare Paytm Money's cust service is terrible, even after 2 years since their launch.Paytm assist can't answer queries properly and there's no option to connect with an agent. Despite paying ₹450P.a, we don't get proper customer support. It's frustrating and unacceptable.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I've booked 6 online tickets with paytm insider for 31st of march for 1st IPL MATCH, I've received 3 wrong tickets instead of 6 of different/wrong seats and I've raised a complaint on chat support and it's been more than 24 hrs but have not received any update
