    @Paytmcare As I replied earlier, Paytm has refunded me after many complaints, tweets, and after 4 days. you kept my money on hold for no reason. Worst customer care service, no doubt, @Paytmcare @Paytm Dont use #Paytm

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I did not aspect these kind of pathetic service from Paytm and specially from Vijay because they give a option to apply for a loan on Hero fincorp through Paytm but they detect a insurance policy amount which is unfair and not legal. Fraud people .

    Unpleasant experience with @Paytm @Paytmcare Ordered an instant delivery gift card for a time bound order: 26482382423. Been 20 minutes and still the order is pending. No one to support on the app. No human. No support. They are not reversing and refunding the order too.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I wanted to close my paytm postpaid. I have tried multiple times in the app. They always tell our executive will contact you regarding these but there is no calls received. Its almost a week ago. Can you guys help us in closing this paytn postpaid account.
