@Paytmcare what is this new issue with paytm fastag not working on tolls ? It shows on the toll gate that the account is blacklisted and on your phone is says active and you have 2k balance in ur paytm wallet.? In order to pass you have to pay double cash. #Shameonpaytm

And with double tariff , buy fun part is that I conveyed this to paytm same night but now after almost 4 months regular follow up they said I stayed there that night and u won't get refund ....please help @Paytm @vijayshekhar Please don't force me to go consumer forum .

@vijayshekhar @Paytm I sold my paytm gold and i didn't received my money. No customer support is there. Its very bad..Guys please an operator who have dedicated customer support not the one with AI and it doesn't resolve. Dont do any huge payments in paytm if it got strucked then you will regret

@Paytmcare Plz call me today at 2 PM. It’s been 5 days since my Paytm Soundbox was picked up, but it has not been deactivated yet. The person who collected the box told me that he can only deactivate it if Paytm issues a ticket. He asked me to request Paytm to provide the ticket.

@vijayshekhar @Paytm I love paytm In fact my first upi payment is done from paytm I had paytm payments bank, which i loved it Though i had SBI account i used paytm payments bank. As a regular customer I had a small issue Can you make interface (UI) more simpler like PayPal
