@Paytmcare what is this new issue with paytm fastag not working on tolls ? It shows on the toll gate that the account is blacklisted and on your phone is says active and you have 2k balance in ur paytm wallet.? In order to pass you have to pay double cash. #Shameonpaytm

And with double tariff , buy fun part is that I conveyed this to paytm same night but now after almost 4 months regular follow up they said I stayed there that night and u won't get refund ....please help @Paytm @vijayshekhar Please don't force me to go consumer forum .

@Paytmcare @jagograhakjago they are saying that once the customer activates a offer then @Paytm will decide if we are going to give them the offer or not. Total misleading campaign about offers to get people do transaction on thier app, please seek on this issue and guide how to file a case

@PaytmTravel @Paytmcare @paytm Paytm Travel customer care is totally unhelpful. Booked International Flight Tickets vide Paytm App on 15/12/22 with Booking ID- 19879989756. On checking Air India website, it is observed that the Names are not matching with what I have entered.
