@Paytmcare what is this new issue with paytm fastag not working on tolls ? It shows on the toll gate that the account is blacklisted and on your phone is says active and you have 2k balance in ur paytm wallet.? In order to pass you have to pay double cash. #Shameonpaytm

And with double tariff , buy fun part is that I conveyed this to paytm same night but now after almost 4 months regular follow up they said I stayed there that night and u won't get refund ....please help @Paytm @vijayshekhar Please don't force me to go consumer forum .

@Paytm paytm I was told by my bank that their was problem in your system which lead to credit of almost 7 lakh rupees into my credit card. Which has been returned honesty to you. A word of thanks of thanks is due on you. Waiting for that.

@Paytm @Paytmcare kindly do not use paytm for any payment transfer as they will debited amount from ur side but they did not credit said amount to other side. They block ur money at their own system for indefinate time. Use any other method for transfer money. Beware

@Paytmcare @Paytm Your customer service is very poor. After transaction being failed amount is not credited back. And more pain is your deaf and dumb customer support. They don't bother to even revert back.

@Paytmcare I booked the flight during the lockdown and that flight was canceled from airline. They indicated my refund. I booked through paytm. The amount reached at paytm account. But still I didn't receive my refund amount I sent many emails to customer care but they didn't.
