I have a/c in PayTm Bank a/c No 9015828651. In new phone downloaded PayTm registered with same no. a new a/c was created. Now no access to old a/c. Contacted with CC exe. no response. Reinstate my old a/c. I am harassed as I am having loan on the said a/c. @Paytm @PaytmBank @RBI

@Paytm I had made payment to a merchant by scanning QR code dated 06/07/2022 of Rs.3290. For some reason he refunded the amount, but around Rs.86 is deducted from his wallet/account. As far I know there is no charges for refunding a payment to the customer.

@Paytmcare many users are facing issues with Paytm postpaid and still waiting for a resolution from you guys, most cases being payments made on time and amount was debited from bank but is processing at your end, our cibils are getting affected bcoz of this. Pls expedite
