@Paytmcare hi, i was supposed to receive cashback for an order on sept 3. Your customer care is unreachable. Nor is the virtual assistant of much use with limited options as answers (users cannot type their issue). Such a hassle and waste of time! Kindly revert here. @Paytm

@Paytm @Paytmcare Worst service provided by paytm. I logged a complaint about paytm sound box on 17th August 2022, but till date no response from @Paytm . Everytime I call their customer care, they told to wait for 24 hours. It's more than 25 days.
