Hi @Paytm I have raised a query with ticket no 3122580964 but still I have not received any notification or messages and the receiver name is showing wrong. Kindly look into this otherwise I'll go to consumer court. You people are just creating issue with customer. Regards,

@vijayshekhar There hv been mltipl fraudulent complaints abt samar fashion Mantra Fab online shopping site. Ppl hv paid thru @Paytm and never recvd their prdct. Why Paytm is there as a payment optn on such fraud sites? Why cnt I get the payment bk if order is not recvd?

@Paytm what is your refund policy of failed transactions done at third party applications? Even IRCTC has given refund on the next day but you guys are playing cat and mouse. Neither my Paytm wallet nor my bank account is credited with the amount. You 24x7 customer care sucks..
