@vijayshekhar @paytm @Paytmcare Sir I haven't received solution. Simple question, why postpaid is not a part of your standard customer care? its being provided on your platform. I paid on-time still getting late fee of 800+ rs, your server was down at day so i paid at night.

And more surprisingly - the ROAS is almost the same each year- which further explains that the company has almost 0 customer retention - a few customers trust the products. It is going to be the next @Paytm Be careful before investing !
