So the only way to delete a @Paytm acc is Install App Go to Help Start Chat Bot They wont say what is required & in realtime ask for multiple docs After the process There is a ticket raised & they will respond in 4 hrs? How will i chk if my acc is closed or not? @Paytmcare

@PhonePeSupport Ticket ID 146269439 . No reply recieved from last 3 hours. You close the Ticket without full redressal. Your services are pathetic. I will just ask people to stop using Phone Pe and switch to @Paytm. As your money is not safe with Phone Pe + Pathetic Customer care

Never ever use Paytm postpaid service. This is worst credit service given by any company. U will be charged a convience free for using postpaid balance, even if u pay ur bills on time. Credit cards is far more better option. Don't fall into this trap of Paytm @Paytm @Paytmcare
