    @Paytmcare hello Paytm I did my electricity bill payment which showing as success when I go in detail it says the money has been refunded.. I checked my account I haven't received the money... And calling your help line number is a nightmare @vijayshekhar It's a sham... terrible

    @Paytm @Paytmcare , I have sent amount through paytm app, on yesterday, Amount was debit from my account, but it's shows Process pending since yesterday (19.08.2021) morning 10.00Am.For Urgent , I sent amount but still it's processing. I try to contact customer care no response.

    @Paytmcare Sir it's already 24 hrs and I got no response till now is this your 24*7 service Please solve my query as soon as possible Yesterday you have raised ticket also by paytm app still my account is blocked and credit goes to your so called 24*7 service which don't exist
