What a worst customer experience with Paytm. Purchased Paytm First membership with Rs. 899. Not a single welcome message received. Not sure how I will be benefitted. Pathetic it feels. Can someone tell me what is it? No doubt , stock price crashed to 1/4th @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytmcare Kindly initiate the refund on priority basis as it may cause trouble for us. She has been trying since past 10 days to recover her account but paytm support panel is neither cooperating nor reverting with any solution. All you are telling to keep patience.
