  I want to order my paytm visa card to my working location but your app is just saying that it will be delivered to kyc address only. So should I close my account?how is it beneficial for me when I am in other state and you are not able to deliver. @Paytmcare @Paytm Please help.

  @Paytmcare Been 4 days trying get an update on my ticket but no response. Spoke to kumarpal Singh, SLA for resolving ticket is 5 working days and it been 10 days now. Transfer my money asap.

  @Paytmcare i'm Unable to login to my account, whenever I try to login it shows new account like my old account never even existed before. Your customer service is total ****, they close my complaint and didn't do anything at all, I'm facing this issue since one month as of now.

  Here’s how process works for making a payment via UPI apps on iOS once you click pay: @Paytm - App/Website>Click link in SMS>Safari Opens>Paytm App Opens>Pin @GooglePay - App/Website>Google Play App Opens>Pin Same thing takes two extra windows, why? SO ANNOYING.

  @Paytm there is no way to contact customer care properly with paytm ony virtual assistants Facing problem with my fastag, need to close it but unable to close it, but no way to reach customer care regarding it.
