@Paytmcare @Paytm Facing problem from past few days. Can't add money as I am not receiving OTP. Your c center not working, repeating the same thing. Passcode was set but asking ist 4 digits of aadhar again n again. After providing says technical issue. Can't talk with c care rep.

@flipkartsupport Said go Paytm as we have not received any payment due to technical issue. Contacted via chat said to wait 8 working days which is over today , asked for refund ref no , not generated @Paytmcare saying transaction was successful

@bijlanirajesh @Airtel_Presence @Paytmcare Paytm Services are absolutely Garbage , They run a Proper Bank and don't have instant support One has to wait very long for Resolution to come and when it comes it's a Copy paste reply . Paytm Service I was disappointed Airtel Can't say Never used 🤧

@Paytm says money is sent but @Flipkart says money is not received. As a result I have lost my money. No one is replying with correct updates. Pathetic customer care. Will never order from these sides. Just need my money back!!
