@Paytm hiiii Kindly arrange to resolve my grievance. today evening made a transaction and upon scanning the barcode of the vendor, amount got transferred to another person as another account got mapped with that barcode. 7503889646 No Customer care executive attending my call.

Worst Customer Care Support is of @Paytm @Paytmcare.Tried calling you guys no option to talk to Customer care executive. KYC on my father's mobile is completed still it is asking for pan details. But when I enter pan details, I didn't get any update. Trying this since 1 month.

@GooglePayIndia what a joke ! I have reinstalled it after so long time thought that this issue has been resolved but it is still same. Why use gpay then? Just added entertaining video. @Paytm is much better.

@dr_ritzzz @Paytmcare There's a reason why phonepe is getting so much popular than paytm. Customer support is zero in paytm, its even hard to contact them in the first place.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I just received a notification saying I have a pending Emi payment. I NEVER EVEN APPLIED FOR A EMI or a LOAN when I checked it’s in the name of someone else please sort the issue asap. I didn’t even knew paytm gives emi or loan this is just straight up crazy !!

Need your help with a billing issue. Paid my water bill online but @HsvpHaryana website still shows that it's unpaid. I have @ICICIBank_Care debit sms, @Paytmcare confirmation & UPI reference ID for the trxn but I received no success message or confirmation sms/email from HSVP.
