I've been using similar services from other brands, but have never had to pay any extra charges. So this was a surprise. Same

    @Paytm My fastag recharge which was done on 31 Oct 2021 of rs 900 whose BBPS reference no is PT011304BYEFKKK1TIVY was showing successful in patym but amt still not credited in my fastag wallet, It's being 11 days and still my issue not resolved...very bad customer service.
