  Hi @vijayshekhar, Again a Another Issue came: Ordered a Paytm Soundbox for ₹2000 with no monthly charges, but got charged ₹125 for no reason. @Paytm, this is unacceptable and a clear breach of trust. Fix this issue or lose a customer! #PaytmSoundbox #CustomerServiceFail

  @PaytmCybercell @Paytm @Paytmcare My account got blocked in January. Linked to this , my AU bank account also got freezed. Now my Paytm account in unblocked because the complaint is withdrawn. But AU bank is asking for the confirmation from Paytm to unfreeze account. Please help

  @Paytm I have the worst experience of paytm, there is a support ticket which is open since two weeks and after doing multiple follow ups, there is no proper response from @Paytm. Value your users time. It is your team's responsibility to follow up with users and not ours.
