@anaggh @Paytm some specific issue with your @fasttag as I too bought thru @Paytm for both cars and it's working fine . Yes RC copy uploaded for both at time of request as it's for vehicle specific. Commercial vehicles has different toll rates .

@Paytmcare ple resolve my problem and than ask for payment, may usage is 3000 + 1st month penalty than from customer care people don't have record since last few months now need to pay ₹8000.00 .... Why should we suffer??

@Paytm @Paytmcare Why is it so hard to reach you guys. Chat is useless because you have scripted questions on which one can take help. How can one Speak to customer care to get issues resolved? Also why can't I find the most used options by me at the top of the screen?
