@anaggh @Paytm some specific issue with your @fasttag as I too bought thru @Paytm for both cars and it's working fine . Yes RC copy uploaded for both at time of request as it's for vehicle specific. Commercial vehicles has different toll rates .

If there is any worst customer service. I would say it's Paytm customer service. There is no chat service. I requested for closing my Paytm account. It's almost 1 month over and my account is still not closed. And now they have stopped replying me. Embarrassing! @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare double amount collection by toll due to paytm fastag problem. Sufficient balance was available in my paytm wallet which is directly connected by fastag. Matter is discussed with paytm team but not refund till date @nitin_gadkari ref No 192201985 Dt.18 June 2021.

@vijayshekhar , One of the reasons for @Paytm not being #1 is due to investments from China investors. Kindly replace investors, to support @makeinindia and improve end-user satisfaction!
