Yes RC copy uploaded for both at time of request as it's for vehicle specific. Commercial vehicles has different toll rates .

The default preference issue and routing failure happened within the app integration. Furthermore, to avoid any further confusion, I have already removed all bank accounts from WhatsApp Pay.

The upi lite icon shows as amount credited. Pl help remedy the situation. The bot in help and customer care doesnt care.
