    @anaggh @Paytm some specific issue with your @fasttag as I too bought thru @Paytm for both cars and it's working fine . Yes RC copy uploaded for both at time of request as it's for vehicle specific. Commercial vehicles has different toll rates .

    Booked a bus through @Paytm on May 18. Waited more than 3 hours, driver didn’t respond, and cancellation info came very late. I shared all details in DM on May 18 itself, but still no update or proper response from support. Very disappointing experience. @Paytmcare

    Hi @Paytm my registered phone number has been suddenly blocked by you guys and I'm unable to access it. No way to contact your customer care without logging in. Tried raising a ticket via my friend's Paytm (ticket ID: 200011656278) but no response. ARE YOU GUYS HIGH ON SOMETHING?

    Booked a bus through @Paytm but the operator cancelled the bus. I received only the ticket fare refund while ₹50 convenience fee was deducted despite no service being provided. Please clarify how this is fair. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar 10 days passed and still no resolution. Is this Paytm’s customer service standard? No TAT, no escalation, no accountability. Kindly audit your support team before this becomes a major reputational issue for the platform.
