They always write complaint and say I will get my refund within 7 working day. But I never get my refund back. They are making excuses again and again

@Paytmcare I have made my PAYTM BUSSNISS account on 24 may 2021 for online payment gateway but my documents still not varified. During this period I registered 4 times ticket ( 55138481 , 55592455 and etc…) to your customer support but uptil now my problem is not resolved.

@airindiain I think you should make a decision to stop @Paytmcare to allow your flight bookings. These people are degrading your name and creating confusions. You responded by telling the exact issue but these people does not even know and just keep sending the prefilled messages.

I made a payment to mob. no. 9878867148 of Rs. 6000 dt 5 Jun 2021, 10.36 p.m. The amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet but hasn't reached the wallet of the above mentioned phone number. Kindly help. @Paytmcare

@airindiain That is what the issue is. @Paytmcare is my travel agent in this case, which is saying that we have already raised a request but airline has not refunded. Also not sharing with me any details about refund.
