    Dear @Paytm @HMRLHydMetro, I made a ₹500 UPI payment at Erragadda Metro Station counter today (17 Jul 2026, 10:31 AM). The Paytm POS machine showed "Payment Failed", but the amount was debited successfully from my SBI account through BHIM UPI. Transaction ID: 103130717411 The counter staff informed me that the refund may take up to 1 week, but I request an immediate refund as the transaction failed at the merchant's machine. Kindly look into this urgently and help resolve the issue at the earliest. Thank you.

    Dear @Paytmcare Booked a flight for 20 July, but due to an apparent error in the booking application, my ticket was issued for 27 July instead. This has caused serious inconvenience. Despite raising the issue, it remains unresolved I request the concerned team to resolve.

    @Sachin60236154 @Paytm Hi, I tried reaching you over the phone but couldn't connect. I checked your ₹500 payment and found that Bank of Baroda declined the UPI debit due to insufficient balance. No amount was deducted. Please check with your bank for any holds or pending debits. Meanwhile, you can use your SBI account. I'm here if you need any help.

    @PaytmCare @PaytmBusiness URGENT: I am unable to change my settlement setting to 'Next Day Payout' due to a continuous server error on your dashboard. Same-day multiple payouts are causing SBI to flag my savings account, risking a freeze! Bank change is also on hold. Please fix this ASAP! #Paytm #PaytmBusiness #BankingIssue

    @Paytm if u can't provide proper vouchers and ur support system is ONLY AI how can a customer contact support service. Why for everything u ppl need AI. i m not able to redeem the voucher but ur AI SYSTEM IS not Helping me as it doesn't have that feature. CRAZY

    Maybe @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin @Paytm should rename "Customer Care" to "Customer Ignore." It's been 10+ hours with zero response. Is acknowledging a customer's refund query really that difficult? Still waiting for an update on Booking ID: 27255988499.

    Pathetic service by @Paytm I have raised the complaint 10days back but still issue not resolved. Complaint number is 500010538536.
