@Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank I have paid my Post paid bill and amount got debited from my Bank account also . It's showing success under recent order tab but still it's not updated in postpaid section usually that update immediately after making the payment not sure what's issue

@Paytmcare I'd like to thank you for world class customer service by keeping me on hold for an hour then hanging up when the compliment was being made. I'd also really appreciate the fact I had to find out after an hour that there is no way for me talk to a human about my issue
