Most digitally native firms are making it more difficult for customers to reach out to Customers Support. Either they need to get their support documents or bots fixed, or make it easy to raise a ticket & make your SLAs clear ( @MobiKwik @CoinDCX @Paytm )

@Paytmcare I made paytm payment to one merchant and payment got failed (showing online in his site), but in paytym it is showing succesfully sent to merchant. I talked to merchant also he is also saying paymet failed and i raised reques also in paytm 24*7 portal,but no sollution

@Paytmcare has become worse @PhonePeSupport is best , I did a paymt of rs 2225 to wbsedcl via pytm UPI . As confirmed from wbsedcl officials till date amount has not been credited to thm If the amount is not paid it will lead to termination of my service @BapideyWbsedcl . Help

@Paytm I am unable to transfer money from my paytm wallet to bank account even though I am a fully kyc verified customer. I am beyond frustrated by the customer support so far, you char support is a joke.

@Paytmcare But what kind of convenience is that, when you haven't provided any service 🤔 and as per your policy convenience fee is non refundable when customer cancel, not you and your fraud partner @GoFirstairways canceled , that is a scam you both are running.
