    @Paytm You guys need to look into your service. Made to pay three times the Toll fees. Security balance available. Still deduction didnt happen. Had to pay twice the toll amount to move from Toll Plaza and then deduction happened from Wallet. Closing the Fasttag.

    @Paytmcare - what’s going on with your Fastag closure system - I have raised many requests in last 3 months to close my fastag and refund but no luck ,either ticket gets closed automatically or no calls response from your care.. very pathetic service.. ticket details :3162411933
