@Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar It's an issue every month when my electricity payment goes in progress and money return after 7 days and seems like you have glitch in your system . Don't tell the customer to wait for 7 days and you should fix your issue. Will you pay a penalty ?

@Paytmcare I used paytm postpaid service last month but even after payment of my dues they didn't update it on time and now are asking me to pay full amount again with extra fees, even after providing th see necessary details. They are happy to destroy my cibil score.
