@Paytmcare when try to reach out to PAYTM customer care it is just PATHETIC, there is no way I can reach out to PAYTM customer case. Autobots are useless, online help is big joke and there is no way I can reach out to real person to explain this issue. IVR options are just taking

@Paytmcare I'm having terrible time getting an issue resolved with paytm. I have been following up with them with more than 1.5 months now with no resolution. You should pls remove the word CARE from your twitter handle because you guys just do not care. I feel cheated using paytm app.
