  @vijayshekhar @Paytm I think cashback and offer should highlighted and it should be clearly visible so that people when they go to do recharge and pay bill they should instantly look to offer what they get so these tab should like big and fix at proper place where thumb touch the button very fast.

  Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation.   @Paytmcare @Paytm ticket not resolving its been more than 48 hrs Ticket id - 200012533196 No one is responding over chat, no option to call, what a worst service it is !!! Deducted money for bus ticket, that has been cancelled by bus operator, now no refund has been processed.
