@Paytmcare What a sorry state your customer care process is in ! Saying that "issue is resolved" doesn't actually resolve anything . Yesterday I received a message to elaborate the issue right after I had elaborated everything with bill receipt attachment.

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Do you have any work ethics?? Paytm care keeps telling me issue will be taken in 5 working days ..now it's been 35 days.... Even now they stopped responding. I have purchased a product of 6k. It's not a small amount. Kindly help
