    Lastly on of their executive told me on message that by 9th they will solve my issue and credit will be reimbursed but it never happened. Then some one called from @Paytm and told me to call google your reimbursement can be done by @GooglePlay

    @Paytm there is a bug causing issues.... you are allowing transfer of money from sender wallet to a receiver wallet whose KYC is pending and account is blocked. But the transaction is success and receiver cannot use that wallet.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare on top of this you have no way to talk to customer care . 2nd problem the receiver cannot activate their wallet due to another bug which says Aadhar and pan card is already used by somebody else.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Payment fraud was done while paying for petrol. At first instance QR scan showed name of Manoj Kumar and second time it showed Citiline petroleum pump. UPI ref last 4 digits are 3023. Please look into the matter urgently. All customer care lines are unresponsive

    even I followed their advice but google denied this and said we can’t do this and your google play account had not been recharged only. I also checked my google play account but it showed 0 balance. So even I shared screenshot with @Paytm support team but no solution.
