  @Paytmcare Your cust care is dum assisted. Thinking everything AI will replace human interface is a dum belief. There are no options for a problem being faced what should one do keep pressing 1,2,3 in the key pad as per the dum instructions of the voice assistance connect now ..

  @Paytm is so **** that ,they suggested me for an upgrade (savings to current )they said it’ll be done within 20 mins and it’s been 15 days and I got no update on it ,when I tried to contact customer service line and asked for closing my account they didn’t respond at all #paytm

  @gautamrshelley @vijayshekhar @Paytm I noticed Tatkal opens 15 mins late on paytm than IRCTC website schedule. If they can bring Tatkal in par with IRCTC, could add more value with the current smooth experience.
