    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @Paytm Terrible Service. I had asked Paytm to update my phone number on 5th October and still they are testing my patience and asking me to wait. I was notified on 14th October that I will get an SMS after which my number will be updated within 48 hours.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm There is still no support from you. I am clearly saying the refund from the issuing bank was done on 16/10/22 but you people are sending the same standard reply across all channels without even reading. Ridiculous customer service

    @Paytmcare It was 1135 paid amount.. So you have not credited in time and till then merchant refund some amount.. So i am already eligible.. But your worst service did late and this happen.. I will not yse your wallet next time.. And don't suggest any one to use
