  @Paytmcare sucks. I paid premium for my two wheeler insurance. Payment was rejected but somehow policy is showing done, though not available to see or download. I'm trying chat at your app, which is not able to help. Going round and round. It's causing lots of heartburn

  @Paytmcare FYI - It's NOT only MY issue. All 55 users who are expected to be winners are impacted by this delay. You must get your FAQ wordings updated as well.
