    @Paytmcare I booked the flight tickets through Paytm. When I called Indigo support, they told me that the refund had already been initiated from their side. They asked me to contact the website through which I booked the tickets.

    It’s been more than 15 days since I jave raised ticket for flight ticket refund. Unfortunately, I have been still waiting for refund and worst customer service. Airline @flyspicejet company already issued refund to you @Paytmcare on 1st December. Why too delay paytm ?

    Such a worst customer service, I had booked a flight through Paytm, but it got canceled. It's been 15 days since I raised a ticket for my refund! I spoke to the airline, and they issued the refund to you 13 days ago. @Paytmcare Why too much delay?

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Can you please look into my issue. Following is the summary - PNR - SC7H4X Paytm Booking ID - 26235677473 Total ticket Amount - INR 61494. I received - INR 53844. 6 passengers. Why amount deducted but i am not getting any response from support in Paytm app.
