    @Paytmcare @Paytm How do I get in touch with a customer care representative? I have access to limited options on chat or on IVR, none of the options cater to the problem I have. Kindly suggest a way out.

    @vivekbajpai84 @Paytm @vijayshekhar I think, here there is no issue from Paytm's end becoz we are using paytm for the booking of various things. Once we book anything from Paytm and after that any providers cancel any services then this is a fault from that provider/vendor. This is just my opinion

    @Paytmcare I have called mailed so many times to Paytm about my 50k has not yet added to my pnb account from Paytm wallet they told me to wait 5 days that 5 days passed still I haven't received that money how long I have to wait that's what your service??

    @paytmbankcare still not able to change the pan number in the website. Giving irrelevant solution and the link provides is not redirecting to the page. There is no way to speak with customer care! Pathetic support and service. @Paytm @Paytmcare
