I request you to please stay connected with the Bank of Baroda support and the cyber crime authorities for further assistance. If it’s charging an unnecessary platform fee, consider disabling it and paying through a service that doesn’t charge extra. Be an informed consumer. Compare before you pay. @PhonePe @Paytm
