@paytm @Paytmcare: Issue with merchant transaction. I need a payment receipt of transition id :3261658417, for showing it as a testimonial to CESC merchant, who is claiming that payment was not received from customer, as I had made a successful transaction on 18th JANUARY 2021.

@paytmbankcare @paytm Team, More than 1 month still understanding the pblm 🙄. I orded Paytm fastag on Order ID: 9990112262 on 27-12-2019 & item deliverd its not wrking. If I call 2 cust care. paytm saying I hv 2 chk car dealr I really wnder such a quick efficient team still chck 2 issue.🤐😲

@Paytmcare Today one month has passed since the GoAir had refunded the amount to Paytm. But Paytm is still working on the issue to refund back to me. Strange. What sort of working is done here.Ten calls twenty messages but very rare answers. All in vain

@Paytm @Paytmcare sharing ticket no. 17th Feb-183475357, 26th Feb -183474710 pending for more than a month for bus cancellation refund issue. Just want to know why customer need to suffer even for refund, even though operator cancelled bus without any intimation. Pathetic.
