    @Paytmcare Yesterday I was trying to do a payment of Rs 246 twice but it failed but my money Rs 246+246= Rs 492 got deducted and didn't get refunded to my bank account. Then today I contacted your 24×7 support they told within 4 hours it will be solved but now 8 hours has passed

    @Paytmcare my mother is unable to receive money on paytm bank. whenever I do NEFT, system says either account is closed or blocked. While my mother is able to payment with paytm wallet as well as paytm bank. I raised a ticket also on app with number 3116141657. Pls help me.
