Fraud! @Paytm @PaytmTravel booked an airline ticket for 48k, cancelled after discussing the refund amount and waited for 45+ days & still no update. Executives including managers kept ignoring with fake promises of returning our money. Plz help @vijayshekhar case id: 22115199690

@Paytm the service in pathetic.The service provider name Chandan Yadav from Aurangabad doesn't receive call nor reply to the messages on WhatsApp. Always Phone pe better then paytym.

I tried Help and Support but the AI didn't gave any input field to write and ended as success by itself. Now my money is stuck as Paytm Balance which I cannot use in any transaction. Well I will never ever use @Paytm and will recommend my friends to not use it.
