@Paytmcare 4th month before I was talk to your customer care executive for return of sound box but no one come from Paytm to receive sound box and from that time I was stop using Paytm QR for accepting money in my shop but after 4 months today you hold my 625/- rs against sound

@paytmbankcare But it’s already been more than a week your team is working on it. I have been paying cash at toll plaza that too at double rate, either your team reimburses the same or let me know if closing my Fastag account is easier and I’m happy to apply with some other bank @Paytmcare

@MoPNG_eSeva Hallo sir Problem was not with LPG provider end but it was due to PayTm. I have circulated the issue with @paytm and now it's resolved. Thanks for your response.

@Paytmcare Not able to delink Aadhar from my old mobile number, and hence unable to complete KYC on new mobile number. Fed up of raising requests. Can you fix this once and for all please. No doorstep KYC available at my location, and no centres either at pincode 575004.
