There is no intimation my Paytm postpaid account is blocked and i just connected with help desk and they simply saying just deactivate the account. I need my Paytm postpaid account unlock now itself. Shameful on you @Paytmcare @Paytm @AdityaBirlaGrp

My money in my wallet has been trapped. There is money in my wallet , my Paytm account got inactive and now I cannot retrieve my money. Despite repeated tries, Paytm customer care agents are not taking calls and showing much negligence to customer issues! Pathetic @Paytm
