@Paytm is the worst ever payment app I've used, app is lagging af. Why do you call it 24*7 customer service if you take hours or not at all reply. I've lost my money today, hope to get it back asap, Google Play reviews of the app is scary.

@Paytmcare your customer support executives are making scripted replies over call, putting call on hold for 15 mins or more, eventually I have to hang up the call and call again. They can't inform me if my tickets will be refunded or upgraded. Please look into this.
