called paytm business support, initially she was totally unable to under my concern thn asked for keeping my call on hold for better solution. kept 4-5min on hold and then disconnected. @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare #pathetic @PhonePeSupport is much better but sound box not available

@Paytm @Paytmcare On January 4,2023. I visited one shop and paid some amount but it was being declined again and again because of the recipient's bank issue. But Paytm deducted my money and put the payment status in pending after that today money is deducted from my account.
