First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Multiple followups have not resulted in any update. Kindly look into this on priority and process the refund at the earliest. Pls provide a status update.

Kaithi (@jiobasha) reportedDear @Paytm @HMRLHydMetro, I made a ₹500 UPI payment at Erragadda Metro Station counter today (17 Jul 2026, 10:31 AM). The Paytm POS machine showed "Payment Failed", but the amount was debited successfully from my SBI account through BHIM UPI. Transaction ID: 103130717411 The counter staff informed me that the refund may take up to 1 week, but I request an immediate refund as the transaction failed at the merchant's machine. Kindly look into this urgently and help resolve the issue at the earliest. Thank you.
