  @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

  @Paytmcare seems like is a platform now to provide vague and void assurances without sending the assured cashback to customers account . Happened twice with me . Still showing as will be credited within the time frame . Pathetic experience and service

  @Paytm @Paytmcare Hello paytm, I booked flights for today (August 28th 7:40PM). Once the tickets are confirmed, the date of departure changed to next Friday (Sept 4th, 7:40PM). Customer care is of no help. Either allow us to modify or cancel the booking free of charge. URGENT!

  @Paytmcare review. The ticket was booked at 11:01 AM and cancelled at approximately 11:02 AM, within just 1 minute of booking. Please do not consider my refund issue fully resolved/closed yet. Kindly keep the case open and coordinate with Air India Express regarding the cancellation waiver

  Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation.   @Paytm Do you even verify companies before issuing coupons, or list any fraud brand? Bought earbuds using a Paytm coupon—product is complete garbage & company support number is switched off! If I pay you tomorrow to sell ***** instead of talcum powder, who takes responsibility?
