@Paytmcare seems like is a platform now to provide vague and void assurances without sending the assured cashback to customers account . Happened twice with me . Still showing as will be credited within the time frame . Pathetic experience and service

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

@Meesho_Official orders purchased from meesho using the payment options as Paytm with assured cashback is still not been credited and no help from customer care . Both @Paytm and @Meesho_Official playing up with customers.

@Paytmcare What a pathetic service by Paytm... Order no 12667 282 765 delivered on 8th Feb. I found it damaged so requested return on same day with photo. After 2 weeks Paytm is asking photo again whereas the status is return approved. Are you really want to resolve the issue?

@Paytm @vijayshekhar And do some improvement like in phone if the any ( sender or reciver) bank server is down then they don't allow to do the transaction. Which leads to, that transaction doesn't go in pending. So if we don't have to wait for the confirmation of the transaction.

@Paytm I like your service in UPI transactions but because of one problem I may dislike you. That problem you are charging money for the physical Qr code but your competitor like amazon pay is giving it in free so I think I will end up using Amazon pay for my shop. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare my flight refund is nt yet credited to me even if the confirmation from paytm itself about the amount. It's been 10 months since airlines had confirmed it has passed refund to paytm. Issue has been open for more than 9 months.All the details already DMed 3months back.
