@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

Its near one month, still my problem was not sorted . I was contacted to FSE , TL, ODISHA HEAD THEY all said wait wait wait , how much time i wait 1 year or above , my business will affected by this .@Paytm @Paytmcare if you all hear me solve this issue

In Today's time We have many Credit cards & use many payments apps.We get Payment reminders from them regularly except @Paytmcare. I wanted to change mobile operator hence due to technical issue I Missed 7 Aug due date but paid on next day bt Paytm debited ~800 @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare Delivery person number was provided but its of no use . While calling that number IVR asking some pin, which paytm didnt provided anywhere. There is no way to connect delivery person also. Worst customer support and delivery
