    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

    Its near one month, still my problem was not sorted . I was contacted to FSE , TL, ODISHA HEAD THEY all said wait wait wait , how much time i wait 1 year or above , my business will affected by this .@Paytm @Paytmcare if you all hear me solve this issue

    Have been experiencing the worst service from @Paytm even after multiple complaints on customer care and in the office, we haven't recieved any positive response from the company! Scene:- 2 employees of the company have been doing false promises and not delivering! @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @Paytmcare how can anyone talk to a human in paytm support? What kind of a customer service is this where you can't talk to a human and describe the problem? The problems listed in the app are not enough. A person goes through a lot of trouble than the 4 listed problems.

    @Paytmcare I have issue with my paytm soundbox and I complaint about it on august 19th , and they picked up my soundbox but I didn’t received my replacement till today..customer care didn’t respond and not call back…very bad service 👎👎👎..not want to recommend anyone

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney Over one year and I’m still following up with your pathetic customer service team. Automated responses to tickets raised. Neither I nor the merchant has received payment. Merchant confirmed paytm fund rejection. Why is this such a tidious process?
