    @Paytmcare seems like is a platform now to provide vague and void assurances without sending the assured cashback to customers account . Happened twice with me . Still showing as will be credited within the time frame . Pathetic experience and service

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

    Its near one month, still my problem was not sorted . I was contacted to FSE , TL, ODISHA HEAD THEY all said wait wait wait , how much time i wait 1 year or above , my business will affected by this .@Paytm @Paytmcare if you all hear me solve this issue

    @Paytmcare The Paytm postpaid service is good but I am neither receiving any mail of billed statement nor can send the statement from the app as it says "Failed to Send". There no dedicated customer care for postpaid and all you have is that Chat bot which is redundant.

    @Paytmcare is very fraud company . They don’t have knowledge of their own data. I am using Paytm postpaid service. Used 80% of amount of postpaid limit and converted that amount in EMI, even I paying all EMI timely .

    I have raised a query to close my Paytm account a few weeks back and I am continuously following up with your team in the help section of the app, but no one is responding. Kindly look into this and close my account immediately, as i no longer use that mobile no @Paytmcare

    Pathetic customer service by paytm. Transaction services are very very bad. They just raise a ticket regarding issue and that's it finished. what kind of customer service is this, even after continuous messages they don't respond. #nomorepaytm @Paytmcare @Paytm
