@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

Its near one month, still my problem was not sorted . I was contacted to FSE , TL, ODISHA HEAD THEY all said wait wait wait , how much time i wait 1 year or above , my business will affected by this .@Paytm @Paytmcare if you all hear me solve this issue

Been a customer since I can remember. The hardest part of @Paytmcare is to get a representative on line. You'll end up talking to a bot be it on phone or chat. You guys suck. Never using paytm again.

@Paytmcare really very bad service. First the transaction status goes pending and when we call your your customer care for cancelling the transaction they cant help. It's been 10 days that the amount got deducted from account and not received by merchant till yet.

Hello @Paytm i have been following up with my Paytm to resolve my issue for flight tickets booked on Paytm (18220082742) from last 18days still no one has resolved it. Can this be resolved ASAP . Am really frustrated on this.
