First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. iShFaQ H Dar (@iluvmeandme) reported@Paytm refund from @amazonIN credites in paytm bank which are no longer active. Now Paytm has no customer support to handle this. Personal RBI rules, the refund should have declined but amazon said it's successful. So isn't this violation of RBI rules @RBI
