First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. After 3-4 hours, the pending Paytm payment also got completed. Now I’ve paid twice for one ride and support isn’t helping. Please resolve this issue.
