Its near one month, still my problem was not sorted . I was contacted to FSE , TL, ODISHA HEAD THEY all said wait wait wait , how much time i wait 1 year or above , my business will affected by this .@Paytm @Paytmcare if you all hear me solve this issue

@Paytmcare seems like is a platform now to provide vague and void assurances without sending the assured cashback to customers account . Happened twice with me . Still showing as will be credited within the time frame . Pathetic experience and service

@Meesho_Official orders purchased from meesho using the payment options as Paytm with assured cashback is still not been credited and no help from customer care . Both @Paytm and @Meesho_Official playing up with customers.

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

@Skype @GooglePlay and @Paytm I have been facing an issue with Skype subscription,when I contacted Skype they told me it's Google's fault and when I contacted Google support they told me to contact paytm. I subscribed for Skype credits through Google,paid money through Paytm.

Hi @paytm I transferred 3500 from my acc to my Frnd on 11 April and the money was debited from m my account and it has not credited to my Frnd account it has been 9 days i mailed you regarding this issue and your team replied that it will be solved within 2 days but till now

@getsimpl See it's been a long time I am complaining about the issue but it hasn't resolved yet, so it makes me think that simpl has a pathetic service in order to customer support. I have paid the bill are the payment is done by @Paytm but @getsimpl app is showing it is not done
