  @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

  @Paytmcare seems like is a platform now to provide vague and void assurances without sending the assured cashback to customers account . Happened twice with me . Still showing as will be credited within the time frame . Pathetic experience and service

  @Paytm How can UPI work without a sim installed on a device . I have two UPI accounts linked with paytm . Last night i changed my phone but UPI is still working on that old device without that sim card that is linked with my bank account . @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar
