    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

    Its near one month, still my problem was not sorted . I was contacted to FSE , TL, ODISHA HEAD THEY all said wait wait wait , how much time i wait 1 year or above , my business will affected by this .@Paytm @Paytmcare if you all hear me solve this issue

    @Paytm @Paytmcare My refund issue is of August and yet not resolved from your side. For the 4th time the issue has been raised coz your team was not able to understand and resolve a simple refund issue. This is my 1st experience with customer support and it's been a hell.
