First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Your representatives from Jalgaon, Maharashtra strung us along for 2 weeks to get a damn QR code approved, took at least 25-30 OTPs, harassed ******** out of our staff and now they are asking for more documents. This led to loss of business because we had to use a personal QR code to accept payments. We are now going ahead with @PhonePe and I will make it a point to strongly recommend people to NOT use your services. Rot in hell ********.
