  @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

  Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation.   @Paytm @Paytmcare unable to pay my electricity bill due to an “Internal Criteria” error. I dont frequently recharge or pay bills i use Paytm only occasionally. If basic payments cant be relied upon, whats the point of using the platform? Please look into this.
