    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

    @Paytmcare I have been charged rs638/- postpaid bill payment as convenience fee, no information and no one is there to help me on understanding that, what the rubbish is this man. And chat support is like mad robot. No one gives proper answers. What customer is looking. Such a disgusting.

    Post paid service has been stopped after clear the loan of 6000 without informing it's showing that your not eligible ,I used Paytm postpaid from last 6 months i paid 6000 loan yesterday' now it's showing your not eligible It's linked up with Flipkart @Paytmcare @Paytm
