@Paytmcare seems like is a platform now to provide vague and void assurances without sending the assured cashback to customers account . Happened twice with me . Still showing as will be credited within the time frame . Pathetic experience and service

Its near one month, still my problem was not sorted . I was contacted to FSE , TL, ODISHA HEAD THEY all said wait wait wait , how much time i wait 1 year or above , my business will affected by this .@Paytm @Paytmcare if you all hear me solve this issue

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

@Paytm I have done self transaction from my Paytm payment Bank to my Punjab National Bank account. Bt the amount is already debited from Paytm account bt it's not credited to pnb bank account .. ref I'd : 300812359819 plz resolve this problem as soon as possible

Nodoubt fraudulent transactions started from 2012 as Vijay Sekhar Sharma of @Paytm started Important information - TRAI does not provide any NOC for installing mobile towers. If a fraudster brings a fake letter to you, inform the concerned service provider and the local police.

Hey @Paytm, After several attempts I am still not able to reach you @Paytmcare . I have an issue of payment not reached to merchant side after 72 hrs of waiting. Plz look into the matter. @vijayshekhar I think a query ticket is generated but issue is not resolved.

The service of @Paytmcare Very good now a days,as you know, but sometimes we face some problems& try to reach for customer care at @Paytm But it was only part of timewasting .It's must to know problems of their customers& make a simple way of contacting for customer care
