@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

@Paytmcare seems like is a platform now to provide vague and void assurances without sending the assured cashback to customers account . Happened twice with me . Still showing as will be credited within the time frame . Pathetic experience and service

Its near one month, still my problem was not sorted . I was contacted to FSE , TL, ODISHA HEAD THEY all said wait wait wait , how much time i wait 1 year or above , my business will affected by this .@Paytm @Paytmcare if you all hear me solve this issue

@tummoc4u Now, if such a startup can do it, why can't @Paytm or @PhonePe do the same ? And it would be reliable & responsive as compared to these tinpots, who don't know how to provide customer service
