    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

    @Paytmcare seems like is a platform now to provide vague and void assurances without sending the assured cashback to customers account . Happened twice with me . Still showing as will be credited within the time frame . Pathetic experience and service

    @Paytmcare Please fix this issue quickly as you can and how much time will it take. I have been waiting for almost a week. I had never faced issue like this before. If it's going to be like this using paytm then close my account. I don't want to use paytm anymore just give my money back.

    @Paytmcare they are not responding to any kind of issues. As I have paid all the dues in @PaytmPostpaid but still now they are charging me the latefee for which I got bad impact on my civil score. So @Paytm I need an immediate action.

    @paytmbankcare And 2nd things..Why asking for again authentication KYC..And sent otp on adharcard mobile number.. That's number I already lost 2yr ago.. So I can't access that's number.. If you can't give access for bank.. Then close my @Paytm Payment Bank 👍 Thanks for disappointing service
