  @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

  @PaytmMoney I have lodge a complaint and more than 18 hours has been gone away, but still my issue is pending, I asked for a verbal call but, @Paytmcare didn't. @jagograhakjago #paytm is doing like mental harassment.

  I must say that the @Paytm help center is full of unprofessionals. You raise a concern they will simply mark it resolved. Not just one time, I've been facing it for a long time for an outstanding issue!

  @Paytmcare i have use paytmpostpaid service since last 1yrs last month i have paid paytmpostpaid pending amount but it shows upgrade your postpaid service i click on it. It showing server error from last 15day don't know what to do. Bad support from Paytm customer support.

  @Paytmcare I enforced to write this on Twitter as didn’t receive proper response from Paytm customer support team. I made transaction through Paytm to reload Patanjali card. Money got deducted from my account but card is not recharged with amount. Paytm not give right answer. Do.
