We were informed at the airport that SG-472 was cancelled, and SpiceJet staff confirmed a full refund for both onward & return tickets. Now SpiceJet asks us to contact Paytm due to a group booking, while Paytm isn't resolving the issue!

They provide a departure time and the bus leaves 2 hours prior without any notice or information and the bus operator will say contact @Paytm for any issues as it's not their fault.

Is it a freeze etc etc Me: It's been replaced by a notice saying that RBI has suspended the license. Paytm Care: I'm sorry but I'm not equipped. Please log in through the Payments Bank app.
