Its near one month, still my problem was not sorted . I was contacted to FSE , TL, ODISHA HEAD THEY all said wait wait wait , how much time i wait 1 year or above , my business will affected by this .@Paytm @Paytmcare if you all hear me solve this issue

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

@Paytmcare @Paytm you've closed my Fastag without my concent and when checked with support team they say I've requested for it on 3rd March(which I've not) but in the support ticket there's no history and neither your team has any record for it. What a joke is this! That's insane

@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmTickets i have booked the tickets and applied the promo code. As per t&c i should have received 150 cashback and 150 instant off. I have got 150 instant off but still didn't received 150 cashback even after 72 hrs. Didn't get any help from customer care.

@Paytmcare my orderl with Gourmet delight got rejected but paytm deducted the order amount. It's been 6 days. The app doesn't have any way I can get it resolved. Infact the help section in the app is a clear rigmarole of useless words and no help.
