@Paytm my paytm wallet is inactive and not your any executive and kyc center help me for active my wallet. And your customer care service also not helpful. Because all your paytm customer care all time busy. And your 24*7 helpline also not helpfull.

@Paytmcare Even today morning, when I spoke with Customer Care, they informed that their supervisor will call me back in an hour. Till now, even after 4hrs, no response has been received. This shows how much importance is given to Customer Service and satisfaction 🙏🙏 @jagograhakjago

@Paytmcare As I was speaking with Supervisor Mr. Md. Adil from Paytm Customer Care, he admitted there are no guidelines / instructions in Paytm for what is First, Middle or Last name. And the same is available in @goibibo. Considering it, it is the fault of Paytm

Really Frustrating to see @PaytmBank @Paytm @Paytmcare not responding to my complain.Its been over 10days that my Paytm account is blocked and the customer service are just delaying the process,So I urge Paytm to either Reopen My account or Atleast Give Back the money ASAP!
