@Paytm my paytm wallet is inactive and not your any executive and kyc center help me for active my wallet. And your customer care service also not helpful. Because all your paytm customer care all time busy. And your 24*7 helpline also not helpfull.

@Paytmcare There is no new number as such. I am using the same number . Two profiles have been created in your system with that same number . And thus from where the problem starts .

Hey @Paytmcare, I sent money using @Paytm Postpaid to pay rent, but mistakenly sent it to the wrong UPI ID. Your customer care provides no way to escalate the issue and the auto chat bot is of no use. Even your nodal officer is not responding. #PaytmComplaint #NoCustomerService

Unfortunately I am not able to add my BOB Rupay credit card to BHIM and Paytm UPI. I am getting this message when I am trying to add - "We could not find any Bob Credit Card Linked to your number". Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. @bankofbaroda @NPCI_BHIM @Paytm
