@Paytm my paytm wallet is inactive and not your any executive and kyc center help me for active my wallet. And your customer care service also not helpful. Because all your paytm customer care all time busy. And your 24*7 helpline also not helpfull.

@Paytmcare My query on Order no. 10284866054 was not answered by the customer care executive. He just kept repeating the same things over and over. There is a problem in your app wherein it drops all preferences when I click “retry”. I want compensation for my loss.

@Paytmcare I have an issue and I want you to clarify.I have transferred first 100 rupees to a account and then 5 rupees to same account but unfortunate is that when I send 5 rupees the balance deducted is 23.70 rupees.That's my concern and I want explanation. So please tell me.

@dominos_india Your outlet in @PhoenixMCtyPune on 2nd floor has been facing issues with CC payments for the last 3 months. The store managers are never available and the hard working staff is left at the mercy of irate customers. @Paytm and cash are accepted. Please fix ASAP.
