    @Paytm my paytm wallet is inactive and not your any executive and kyc center help me for active my wallet. And your customer care service also not helpful. Because all your paytm customer care all time busy. And your 24*7 helpline also not helpfull.

    @Paytm Dear Paytm, I added 22000 in wallet using credit card. At the time of adding 2% cashback offer applied but cashback not received yet. I called to Customer care they told me this transaction details are not store at our end then how safe paytm to use.

    @paytminsider @Paytmcare @Paytm I again travelled 20km to collect my tickets and your officials sent me back saying they can’t give me the tickets as I opted for Home delivery.I told them that it was Paytm’s issue that they could not deliver my tickets still they dint listen(1/2)

    Hi @Paytmcare , Since last 3 weeks my Paytm Gold Vault is not working. I am unable to buy/sell it. I have raised this issue through the app thrice,but still the issue is not fixed. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Please give a callback soon and get the issue fixed.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Requested for paytm account closure as Paytm informed my KYC can’t be updated, but Paytm has closed my account without refunding my wallet balance of Rs. 2619.75. No help from Nodal officer emailID or number. You are fooling your customers. Urgent action needed.
