Hey @TheOfficialSBI I have a refund from @Paytm for a flight ticket and they released it from their end to you guys . So how can I get my money and how much time it will take as paytm said to contact bank customer care. Please look up to this matter.

@vrpatilisl @Paytm I guess we should stop Using these apps like @Paytm for important payments or any payment for more then rs 100.. it can get real messy in case of a glitch. They do no have any system in place for instant resolution..

@Paytm I've tried talking to your customer care and it only speaks in a computer generated voice and when i press number 9 for talking to customer care it goes back to asking about previous menu and main menu. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AT THE EARLIEST.
