Hey @TheOfficialSBI I have a refund from @Paytm for a flight ticket and they released it from their end to you guys . So how can I get my money and how much time it will take as paytm said to contact bank customer care. Please look up to this matter.

@Paytm @vijayshekhar Sir Being a regular customer, I can say why paytm not doing well. Imposing charge to load money into wallet using credit card restrict user from using paytm. Better to charge while loading money from wallet to bank but not loading wallet using credit card.

They @PaytmMall are not even giving any relevant reason for no cancellation. This is serious cheating or we can fraud @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare look into this. 15000 is a big amount to steal from an old customer.
