Hey @TheOfficialSBI I have a refund from @Paytm for a flight ticket and they released it from their end to you guys . So how can I get my money and how much time it will take as paytm said to contact bank customer care. Please look up to this matter.

@Paytm You guys have to start responding to customer issues soon. My account has been freezed, I'm not able to connect through the toll free number and I'm not getting any response from the 24x7 tab in the app. The is really pathetic service and I'm extremely frustrated!

Pathetic customer service by @Paytm! My paytm payments bank account has been freezed for unknown reason and I'm not able tk login. I have raised a request on 30th May, and I still haven't received any update from them despite of providing all the necessary documents @PaytmBank

Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare I hv recharge a mobile number for 179 rupees, You hv charged 1 rupee & debited 180 rupees. But recharge unsuccessful by your side. after four hours I haven't get recharge or refund. Your Customer Care Executive didn't help me. what to do? @jagograhakjago
