  @Paytmcare - you don't even have a system where your executives can be connected through phone. My account is blocked due to no fault of mine and I can't even speak to someone. Raising service tickets is also not helping. Do you want to lose customers like that? And is this care?

  @Paytm @vijayshekhar Sir your metrics would improve if you focus on customer service. Customer service nos. Unreachable and mails just have ticket nos.Quick resolution is needed specially for cyber crime related issues.
