  @Paytm my refund amount is not being adjusted on my postpaid and when i try to contact customer care their is email nor contact for postpaid issue, even late fee is being applied on my bill , please look at the issue and resolve this , pathetic user experience as a delite user.

  @Paytm such a bad service was not expected from your end. After 5 mails and 5 calls to customer care still the issue is unresolved. Such non trained employees at paytm. Un professional behavior.

  Why does @PaytmMoneyCare customer support have in competitive customer support agents? Are you running out of funds to hire skilled professional? @Paytm @Paytmcare #etmoney looks to be better. Is this the time to move from Paytm to ETMONEY?

  @Paytm connecting to your customer care is the most difficult thing. The call drops after 2 mins and waiting time to get connected to your executive is more than 30mins

  Hi @Paytm, @Paytmcare I have recharged my two metro cards of rupees 100-100/- in each card from the Paytm application. But when I top up my cards on metro station it shows invalid for top up. Still This amount is not reverted in my account. Please kindly consider on my issue.

  @Paytmcare dear Paytm this is the first time this kind of issue has happened ..I had made a transaction to a vendor of 2850, the Paytm was successful however the vendor hasn't recieved it .please check and revert on priority
