    @Inc42 May be that's the intention. We have been using @Paytm for our Payment Gateway, and we already see poor service and bad practices to force users to use their wallets, for example. (Article coming soon on this).

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar I am very disappointed and frustrated with Paytm postpaid service and customer service. I had complaint through tweeter and customer care taken 4 days time without any concrete answers for my queries and concerns. I feel Paytm service is horrible

    I shared 1 transaction I'd. For second, it's the problem from your app that it is not showing up in payment history. So easy for you people to put all the responsibility of yours on the customer. You people don't want to read the message also @Paytm @Paytmcare @__Paytm__Care_

    @Paytmcare REALLY POOR SERVICE OF REFUND IN PAYTM ONCE THERE HAPPENS TO BE A FAILED TRANSACTION & MONEY GETS DEDUCTED FROM SOURCE ACCOUNT.ITS BEEN BEYOND 48 HOURS AND DEDUCTED MONEY DIDN'T GET CREDITED BACK.PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.
