    Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare stop using an AI bot to call and harass B2B customers. AI bot is not a key account manager. B2B customers need actual human support.

    @RBIsays @BankofIndia_IN @Paytm helo , I had 4 times unauthorised transaction from bank of India , first one 237 4 times , I debit only once but paytm debited 3 times more total 948 ,contact bank many times , log in with bank but the bank always has error

    @Paytmcare , paid through paytm on @Meesho_Official, payment completes, money get deducted, @Paytm confirms the payment, but order is not processed. Your chatbots do jot help. Ticket 200012319393 gets closed without any resolution. No refund yet Process the refund asap

    @Paytm Is this how you value and treat your customers? Repeated assurances without any actual resolution are extremely disappointing. Please provide a clear timeline and resolve my issue at the earliest.

    @abcapital Very disappointed. I want to foreclose my loan, but my support ticket was closed without resolving the issue. No callback or guidance received. Kindly assist me with the foreclosure process. @Paytm

    @KartikDiscovers Aesa Kyun Laga bhai. I am one of the early user of this type of service which was launched by @Paytm for buying 2 wheeler. Also I worked there in those days so I thought why not. It was a charm to purchase and get hell lot of vouchers.

    @Paytm @PaytmCare My Paytm soundbox and QR code machine are not working properly. I requested a replacement, but no one has come to deliver or install the new machine yet. Please send a technician with a new QR code machine and soundbox as soon as possible. Registered 9653260479
