    Dear @Paytm, Yesterday I was trying to clear my Paytm Postpaid dues but due to the server issue it got stucked and today when I made the payment it charged me extra ₹295. Because of server and upi issue I have to suffer this extra cost. This is not fair. @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

    "Extremely disappointed with @Paytm! When I make a payment via credit card, it automatically adds money to my wallet and deducts it without my consent. Spent 1 hour on the phone with customer care and got transferred 4 times, only to be cut off without my issue being resolved.
