    Paytm customer team calls it a technical gltich and closes the query. We've spoken to 5-6 customer execs. We have the transaction ID for the transfer because of the screenshot, however, paytm system refuses as there's no record being shown in the passbook @Paytmcare

    @Paytm why don’t you have a customer care number for your so called credit card? If you have a tie up with @Citibank whom should we contact when we have a issue with your field officer? Not able to get a resolution from either of you

    @Paytmcare for fastag the money is deducted from my postpaid even after having my paytm wallet loaded. That was not a problem is postpaid was free , but i have to pay convenience for that money deducted.

    @KotakCares You hv wrong information on your website & to save time registering another account etc etc I ended up using the toilet service of @Paytm @Paytmcare n now my money has gone missing. Worse is your cust. agent is arguing me with even when I am pointing out the mistake

    Had booked multi axle AC bus bt non AC arrived .refused to travel,bt paytm&bus operator said amount will be refunded.plz complete trip at this time. Now refusing to give refund.U can’t provide auto like service at price of volvo ticket. have to refund. @PaytmTravel @Paytmcare

    @Paytm known for customer centric features and introducing one of the most user friendly features in your App, seems lost the way.... Now a simple KYC take 3 weeks, 4 video chat, 2 visits at KYC center and 1 hour call with customer support.... Seriously??
