@Paytm I don't even know which transaction they think is the fraud one there is no way to reach out to customer care apart from the chat to clarify things. There is no mail id, the customer care number is just full of automated replies.

@Paytm Yesterday got a message regarding deduction of amount to Zomato order without any intimation and OTP that was not ordered by me. That matter has not been resolved. Similar type of problem occurred on 09/09/2021.
