    Thank you @Paytmcare for finally resolving the issue although it was frustrating at times and time taking. As a customer, I would like to suggest that please improve your customer service rather than just AI assisted, it would very helpful.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare When we have more than 1 Rupay Credit card linked, the filter on the transaction history page doesn't filter correctly. It filters all of the Rupay card transaction instead of the selected one. Please fix it.

    @Paytmcare Thank you for the update. I would like to request that this case be treated as a denied boarding issue and not as a standard non-refundable cancellation. I had presented a valid original ID, but it was incorrectly considered duplicate by the airline staff. I request you to kindly coordinate with the airline and ensure a fair resolution with a full refund. PNR: 14N04D Looking forward to a prompt update.

    Still no resolution from @Paytm regarding my flight booking name correction. This involves @airindia and @flysrilankan under the same PNR, and airlines are redirecting back to the travel agent. Requesting Paytm to urgently coordinate and resolve this issue. #UrgentHelp #Paytm
