    Vry disappointed by @Paytm @Paytmcare service, made a upi transaction but beneficiary not received payment. Request raised paytm 23×7 help, but no response by team. It's better to switch gpay or etc

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar The generic responses I’ve received "rest assured, we are working" are not helpful. There’s no clear reason for the delay or explanation for why this has taken so long. The lack of transparency and accountability is appalling.

    @Paytmcare Not sure if your customer service department has been closed lately. I have not received any update on recent issue highlighted in DM. It's been 15 days that I am unable to access Paytm app in my primary cellphone.

    @safiranand Yeah management was speaking about restarting Paytm payment bank. How it’s irrelevant when regulator is still not conviced about the management ability to resolve the issues ? Truth js management has failed to resolve the issue to convince rbi. It’s pure failure of @paytm mgmt

    @Paytm It should be permanently shut down, and Vijay Shekhar Sharma and his team must be held accountable and prosecuted for all offenses that have harmed innocent Paytm customers.

    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness Ticket No: 500007902909 72 hours timeline crossed but no engineer visit yet. POS machine not working + no QR in app. Already ₹3000 taken by agent Vishnu Sagar. Facing continuous financial loss. If not resolved urgently, I will escalate to consumer forum.
