    Vry disappointed by @Paytm @Paytmcare service, made a upi transaction but beneficiary not received payment. Request raised paytm 23×7 help, but no response by team. It's better to switch gpay or etc

    2/2 @Paytm @Paytmcare i am sharing screenshots for the same Earlier i recharged my a/c but benefits weren't provided which were promised. The issue was was resolved and benefits were provided after 10 days long discussion. If you want I can share that screenshot too.

    @Paytmcare ticket id 5027050007 registered on the 9 of july, since there is no reply from the service team. Pathetic service from paytm business team. All the time they tell "your complaint will be solved in 48 hours ". Since there is a month passed no specific action taken

    Worst service by @Paytm . Wallet got blocked. Got sms to contact customer care. Unable to connect to customer care from past 3 days. If I call it's getting disconnected saying check your msg. #WorstPaytm service
