@Paytm I have booked a bus ticket on 19.11.21 from Rajkot to Gandhinagar. Unfortunately I booked it for 5.30 pm instead of 5.30 am, I tried cancelling the ticket but there was an error occurring. I had contacted your customer care dept but still my issue have not been resolved.

@vijayshekhar Paytm accptd pymnt in my deactivated PayTm a/c. 24X7 helpline say I haven't recd. it & it's refunded to customer (though customer hasn't recd. it) @Paytmcare in DM says that it's credited to my a/c. 20 days no clarity where is the money?? Pls get it resolved.

@Paytmcare My paytm acount My Paytm account has been blocked since last 3 months. I have also spoken to Paytm customer care several times. But till now my account is not unblocked. Also Submit the required documents. My Ac no :- 7821867831
