Few days back, I had booked a ticket on @Paytm . But due to technical issue it get automatically cancelled and when I asked for refund. @Paytm have initiated it but why my bank @TheOfficialSBI didn't reflect it to my account. Hoping for a quick action.

Customer Care thinks a refund can make up for my valuable time. I left so many things unattended in Delhi to rush and this happens. RSRTC employee says @Paytm has been doing these errors for years. Lesson - Only buy bus tickets from state governments' website. 2/2

@Paytm Firstly they provided a service of paytm postpaid then they asked to upgrade it...and then they just blocked the previous account and said waiting for approval that didn't came even after a month !! Lolz nice trick to stop a service

@Paytm @Paytmcare today I made bill payment, it promptes for auto pay in future, and block rs 5000 from my bank. After payment I cancel auto pay, yet there is no sms confirmation stating that 5000 is unblocked
