Few days back, I had booked a ticket on @Paytm . But due to technical issue it get automatically cancelled and when I asked for refund. @Paytm have initiated it but why my bank @TheOfficialSBI didn't reflect it to my account. Hoping for a quick action.

@Paytmcare I made a payment using ur platform & money got deducted but it showed as failed on the merchant site. I had complained to paytm but they say Delivery of the services solely depends on the merchant service policy. Why paytm is not accountable for end to end transaction?

@Paytm why is your customer service just bots? Have been trying to get in touch with a customer care executive for payment issue since the last 2 days and all I can find are bots with same answers. On call AND on text when raising the ticket. #paytm #lousycustomerservice
