Few days back, I had booked a ticket on @Paytm . But due to technical issue it get automatically cancelled and when I asked for refund. @Paytm have initiated it but why my bank @TheOfficialSBI didn't reflect it to my account. Hoping for a quick action.

I have Paytm fastag. Suddenly I can't reload it because RBI has stopped Paytm from onboarding new users and my KYC has expired. Not able to reload fastag from other sources also. Customer care simply says that my Paytm fastag is useless till RBI lifts ban. @vijayshekhar @Paytm

@Paytmcare my problem is still not solved.when it will be solved. My rquest was simple that my account with ph 860*****886 when updating kyc ,it was saying aadhaar is linked with some other number 790****75 which is not in use. Because of this unable to add money o wallet .
