  Few days back, I had booked a ticket on @Paytm . But due to technical issue it get automatically cancelled and when I asked for refund. @Paytm have initiated it but why my bank @TheOfficialSBI didn't reflect it to my account. Hoping for a quick action.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare I've been trying to open a Paytm Business account for the last 5–6 days. I've raised multiple support tickets, but I haven't received any callback or resolution. I'm still unable to complete my registration. Please look into this issue and help me resolve it.

  @Paytmcare Nobody seems to be following up my issue, atleast give me a number where i can reach your support team. How can a transaction be in pending status even after 72 hours? I don't want an update anymore, i want my refund, otherwise ready to pay the fine as per RBI after T+5 days.

  @Paytmcare What follow up you saying, you called from an number which i can't back is this your follow up, since 2 weeks i faced data shortage with your recharge plan, share your senior number so i can help them to understand about buisness & customer priorities, shame.
