Few days back, I had booked a ticket on @Paytm . But due to technical issue it get automatically cancelled and when I asked for refund. @Paytm have initiated it but why my bank @TheOfficialSBI didn't reflect it to my account. Hoping for a quick action.

@Paytm @RBI Hello Sir, Paytm has allowed me to add money to wallet but not allowing to withdraw. KYC also i have completed still issue. They are holding on to customers funds. They resolve tickets but no solution is mentioned there. This paytm is a disaster in making.
