Few days back, I had booked a ticket on @Paytm . But due to technical issue it get automatically cancelled and when I asked for refund. @Paytm have initiated it but why my bank @TheOfficialSBI didn't reflect it to my account. Hoping for a quick action.

@Paytm @Paytmcare There is no revert, no resolution of ticket id 22107578545 from 15 jan to till now, when i have call custmer support they said you will receive one link then aise request from there but still not received any link also. Paytm customer support is only for console
