Few days back, I had booked a ticket on @Paytm . But due to technical issue it get automatically cancelled and when I asked for refund. @Paytm have initiated it but why my bank @TheOfficialSBI didn't reflect it to my account. Hoping for a quick action.

Had an automated payment deducted from my account. The request was generated through @Paytm and money deducted from @HDFC_Bank. None of the customer care number responds. It's like an endless wait of dialling randomn numbers. 1 touch payment, several touch grievance.

@Paytm @ElevCap @LukeCoutinho17 Your QR codes are problematic. Earlier, I lost some money by scanning in an online site. A police complaint helped to recover the funds. Today saw a FB post refers to a similar case. You should ensure 100% security while providing service.
