    Few days back, I had booked a ticket on @Paytm . But due to technical issue it get automatically cancelled and when I asked for refund. @Paytm have initiated it but why my bank @TheOfficialSBI didn't reflect it to my account. Hoping for a quick action.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm i have paid through upi app for @Flipkart minutes order and it was showing bank cashback but I didn't receive anything and when I raised ticket it just resolved. There is no way to connect with you live. How poor and pathetic your service.

    @Paytmcare When indigo airline cancelled the ticket and asked me to cancel I did cancel the ticket. However, paytm refund money after cancellation charges. When I try to reach to them, the call centre has no provision to talk to the customer.

    @Paytmcare Stop with the ******* copy-paste BS 😡 this is not a complex issue — just send a damn update your “patience” reply is harassment at this point. It’s been 4 days now same “Malicious Apps Detected” error even with Kaspersky Premium & clean phone.
