Few days back, I had booked a ticket on @Paytm . But due to technical issue it get automatically cancelled and when I asked for refund. @Paytm have initiated it but why my bank @TheOfficialSBI didn't reflect it to my account. Hoping for a quick action.

Even after sending DM. No one from @Paytm or @Paytmcare has responded with any resolution. Instead got calls from fraudsters who will ask you to share the login OTP or install anydesk app. #patheticpaytm #uselesspaytm

@Paytm No way this is true. They have e stopped all customer care services. Do not fall into this trap. Complain registered days before still no answer from them. @Paytmcare @Paytm will eat up all your money by unfair means. Uninstalled the app. You all do the same. Do not use this BS.

@Paytmcare Since last week I'm facing paytm postpaid related issue but your executive keeping fake promises and no one is there to resolve properly. Seems like paytm customer service is down and it's time to uninstall the application. VERY POOR SERVICE.

@Paytm I need to download of my transactions in last financial year. Why is it so difficult. Keeps giving me error. Zero customer service - can't call anybody, can't write email. Automated chat is pathetic !!!!
