Few days back, I had booked a ticket on @Paytm . But due to technical issue it get automatically cancelled and when I asked for refund. @Paytm have initiated it but why my bank @TheOfficialSBI didn't reflect it to my account. Hoping for a quick action.

@Paytmcare The mobile number registered with my Paypal account is no longer in use and available to me. How do I reset password ? I have access to registered email id. There's also paytm payment bank ( full kyc) attached to it.

@Paytmcare What is the point is using Paytm if you can't credit cashback even after 10 days when the promised time was within 24 hrs. It's been more than 2 days since the issue has been brought to your notice then also you are not being able to resolve it Great services provided
