Few days back, I had booked a ticket on @Paytm . But due to technical issue it get automatically cancelled and when I asked for refund. @Paytm have initiated it but why my bank @TheOfficialSBI didn't reflect it to my account. Hoping for a quick action.

@Paytmcare from march 22 I am trying to contact postpaid team for correction in name but only getting bot response. No phone support. CLOSE MY POSTPAID ACCOUNT . its also due to low limit and high convenience fee of 3%. no reason to use such ₹750 limit

Bank are not involved in app operations. The technical glitch for not proceeding with cancellation is of paytm but alas @Paytm is more interested to shell off from their work. No solution provided even after giving patiently enough time to solve the issue. (2/n)
