Few days back, I had booked a ticket on @Paytm . But due to technical issue it get automatically cancelled and when I asked for refund. @Paytm have initiated it but why my bank @TheOfficialSBI didn't reflect it to my account. Hoping for a quick action.

@vijayshekhar I'm not getting any help from your @paytmbankcare & @Paytmcare. Pehle to beneficiary remove nahi ho rha tha & jb new beneficiary add kiya to wo show nhi kr rha hai ab jab mai again add krne ki kosis kr rha hu to "User is blocked" show kr rha hai. Kya h ye.??

Had an issue with @Paytm upi so raised a query with their "24*7" support. Here support just means redirecting you to their faq. Since none of the options were related to my query, chose the one which I felt is closest.
