@Paytm @Paytmcare request for the closure of my account completely from your side on the earliest basis. As of now, I feel no use of it as a mode of any further txn at all. Kindly look into this issue.

😔So basically I use paytm upi for a transaction of 16k on 26 Feb from Sbi to Kotak bank and paytm shows that transaction failed but problem is that money deduct from my account and not credited to another account. Its not fair. Help me pls @Paytm @PaytmBank @TheOfficialSBI

@Paytm @Paytmcare after tha when i contact upi department of paytm and told about it.and when i rold them the bank reference number they told that no transactions happend on 24 feb of amount 10000rs. Is paytm trying to fraud our customer by giving wrong bank refrence numbers
