@vijayshekhar @Paytmcare @Paytm I use paytm extensively.had done my KYC.suddenly since last Sat I got a message that my KYC needs to be done.I rushed to the nearest KYC as shown in your site.the owner also saw & confirmed that KYC had been done. however still can’t use Paytm.SOS

@Paytm @Paytmcare I got a notification saying that your KYC has expired, kindly visit the nearby store to update your KYC. They were unable to do it and on talking to customer care, thy confirm that KYC can't be updated and the money can't be used. #PayTm #poorcustomerservice
