@paytmbankcare @Paytm customer care just justify that customer is wrong as merchant got payment & paytm said it susscesfull done payment so in between customer is left she just want to show customer is wrong to use paytm

@Paytm @PaytmBank @vijayshekhar I want to understand how KYC is done for such frauders and how Paytm can block such users from getting re-registered because losing hard earned money hurts a lot. Also, how paytm would help me here? Will paytm help me in getting my money back?
