    @paytmbankcare You aren’t even a technical person. Just some L1 Support resource , who is going by book This is not a problem with application version , the latest version is already installed . Paytm is saying @AmexIndia gateway is down which is lie and @Paytm is declining to accept AMEX

    Cc: @Paytm @Paytmcare Nobody charges for postpaid services when payment is done on time but they do, accepted but forcefully putting postpaid on top is just for looting customer. The downfall of paytm has begin. #Paytm

    @Paytmcare its been 20 days and there is no update on ticket number: 22066649123 This is worst customer experience. I have connected with customer care multiple times and still its open.If you cnt provide good customer service, you should close your services..
