Dear @Paytm i have taken fast tag from your website and I never travelled through a toll plaza from that date. Today I got deducted 50/- with my vehicle number. Your customer care is pathetic and not able to reach your executive for the compliant. @Paytmcare

@suchetadalal @Paytm deducted my #FasTag amount at toll plaza where government have declared zero toll fees for four wheelers. Process & customer care service support are very time consuming to solve the issue.
