    @Paytmcare Paytm is a platform I have used to do the bus booking . Also confirmed with the message proofs and even call recording that I have from operator on the bus cancellation, so Paytm should be responsible to issue the refund to the customer and go in legal way against the operator

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar The biggest problem why I prefer Gpay over paytm for upi use is below. 1 - If I have to open The app for upi payment it loads late because of so many options on screen. 2 - Too congested options compared to GPay .

    Dear @IndiaPostOffice, Consignment No. EO887528444IN has been marked as successfully delivered, but the recipient (@Paytm & @PaytmBusiness) claims they haven't received it and is asking me for the POD. Kindly help me obtain the Proof of Delivery at the earliest

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Kuch option sirf dikhawe k liye de rkhe h . Jese ki SPECIFIC QR ACCESS TO CASHIER ye function work nhi krta . App main MERCHANT CARE se baat ki to usne bhi mera bhut time waste kiya kbhi kuch kbhi kuch btaya jo working nhi tha.

    Not able to talk with @Paytmcare from last 3 days regarding the payment of my loan emi . There is not a single option to connect with customer support there Bot replies that i’ll connect you shortly ,no email no number worst service i ever faced
