I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

@PaytmTravelCare No customer care number .. worthless service... No travel insurance options...after booking there is no one to hear u.... Shifting..from Paytm,PPBL, Pytm travel to other option. It's time to bye bye @Paytm Shifting permanently to the @redBus_in for travel.

@MobiKwikSWAT How can I present screen shot of error as after 15 minutes of putting otp of transaction I had to cancel the same because add money process was not done .. Although I am adding money in @Paytm at the same time in few seconds... I had to pay electricity payment but not success
