I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

Very poor service by @HPCL and @Paytm our DriveTrackPlus POS system was changed from Verifone to Paytm but it has been 15+ days and we are still unable to use DTplus services multiple complaints to head office and sales manager but no proper solutions provided.
