I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

@Paytm I have texting emailing and tweeting u and PayTM to refund the loss of 36k because of security breach in PayTM postpaid as criminal could easily log in and do fraudulent transactions from my account, nearly 50 days since and no action from you and PayTM! I will wait patiently

Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare Your customer service is the worst I have ever seen . From last one month I have trying to resolve issue and your agents are raising tickets which are getting resolved automatically without consulting me. At least you should call your customer.

@Paytmcare I want to close my postpaid account which was created earlier. I tried to raise the issue using 24x7 support but Paytm bot automatically closes the ticket wherever I create it. Also I am not able to connect with customer care executive. Please help.
