I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

@Paytmcare Is there any issues with Paytm server Many people's accounts are locked today around 5-6 o clock in the evening including me..!! In the support section, ask for KYC documents but there is no option to upload documents. Paytm car also not working.
