    I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @Paytm Today I had intitiated a rent payment, it failed, refund has been initiated. But the reason for failure was not mentioned. And ur customercare is the word. No way to speak with ur executive. 24*7 help is for only name sake.

    @PaytmBank @Paytmcare Your kiosk, named Vishvkarma Money Transfer located at Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad, charged Rs 100 for paytm KYC at my number 80766***** while it is free service from your end. Pls take suitable action

    @Paytm @Paytmcare My Flight tickets got cancelled and airline has refunded the amount. but I have received only half of it. Have been following up for more than a month now. you are deducting convenience fees for complete inconvenience to customer. Very Bad Experience :(
