I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

@Paytm Once I have used this Paytm postpaid and got a bill amount to be paid before due date. But in my case i got refund amount credited on the due date but even then i have been fined. And also there is no customer care team to check postpaid issues.

@Paytmcare undoubtedly the worst cc service. I have been trying to get this issue resolved since March. Raised at least 12-15 tickets on the app, tried to contact thru calls, emails. Special mention to the absolutely non sense cc service section in the app as well as the IVR.

Dear @Paytm Frusted from your services & you Support team. Previous Ticket : 3184570969 Closed without any resolution. After that I call paytm call support they again raised new Ticket : 3195248473 for same case. And again closed this ticket also without any resolution.
