I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

@Paytmcare My payment postpaid has been blocked I always pay my bill on time but this month I escalated this issue on Facebook as well on 16-feb and on 21-feb I received confirmation from your side that it will be waved off but nothing happened till today wrong commitment going on

@Paytm @PaytmBank @vijayshekhar Tried doing Video KYC 15 to 20 times from past 2 weeks. Every executive cuts the call saying that there is some "Video Blur" issue in every Samsung Phone which is a technical issue and says use another phone. I think yoj don't need customer anymore
