    I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

    @PaytmBank @Paytmcare I had rent payment on 23jan of ₹60 but my beneficiary has not received in bank I had complain in paytm app 6-7 times but your team has tell me only I solve your problem 24 to 48 hours but my problem is not solve.

    @Paytmcare is there any kind of joke with Paytm I am very disappointed by customer service of Paytm i have a query about money is not added in my wallet but in help issue there is no option it is like we need some rasgulla ur giving us ladoo sir lijiye . So I am very disappointed
