I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

@Paytmcare @PaytmBank @paytmbankcare My money is deducted from my account for Rs 583700 while making payment to Muthoot Finance as on 21/11/2025, money deducted and payment not made to Muthoot nor return back to me. No phone number to talk to customer care, no proper email id.

@Paytm Why you keep deleting the records of customer support in records. Also not providing any emails or customer care number related to paytm care. I got frustrated to seek help for refund of my last bus ticket booking on paytm.
