    I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

    Order ID, Complaint ID. Both are submitted. Still no real response. I hardly care about the refund but I just want to put this on the forum that @Paytm hardly accounts itself for any refund related complaints. There is not so effective customer care feature on the app. [1/2]

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have no of emails to the support mail but hardly out of 20-25 mail I got replied of 5 which are also irrelevant and no use, Today I got a reply that my account has been activating but stocks will not going to be display in the portfolio.

    @re_travel_food @Paytm @PaytmMoney I can understand but customer care agents are there to help their customers right but in my case they are not taking appropriate action only saying to wait for 15 days. If Salary is got Stucked for 20 days then how can I survive ? I lost my job I don't have amount to go office.
