I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

@Paytm it’s been 20 minutes and counting. The waiting time for talking to an executive on Paytm helpline. In the beginning it was said; waiting time is less than one minute. Pathetic service. And poor complaince. Please improvise.
