I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

Hi @Paytm. Is this your way by behaving with your customers. I'm using paytm postpaid since a very long time. I'm paying it in on time for months now. This is the first time I have delayed the payment. For this I have received call from the customer care multiple times.

@Paytmcare I raised 4-5 cases all got closed without any solution. I tried reaching out to customer case but was never able to catch hold of any human being to talk. All your IVR options are very vague and not even closure to common issues. One of the ticket I raised is 3142643438

@Paytmcare You guys are making fool to the customers. You deduct the amount from the customers without any reason. I appeal to all that don't use the Paytm because money is not safe with Paytm. Even they don't have customers care service they also don't reply of chat. They are doing fraud.
