I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

A big fail of the @PaytmMall website is it doesn't stay permanently logged in from a PC/laptops. It logs you out after a while and you can't even sign in with a password. You must use @Paytm app on your phone to sign in. This is a TERRIBLE user experience vs Amazon, Flipkart.

@Paytmcare Your Cust Support service is awful. You do not give option to customer to talk to your executive nor can we chat. All preplanned infructuous questions. How can one talk to you people in India. Numbers given on app are not useful. Please let me know.
