I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

@Paytmcare @Paytm I've booked 6 online tickets with paytm insider for 31st of march for 1st IPL MATCH, I've received 3 wrong tickets instead of 6 of different/wrong seats and I've raised a complaint on chat support and it's been more than 24 hrs but have not received any update
