I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

I am using @Paytm From 5 to 6 years. It is totaly useless application. Support system is very bad. If You are facing any problem and want support from paytm than you have to lost your 20 to 30 minutes on paytm care no. & get reply We are sorry sir, Hum aapse mafi chahte 1/3

@Paytm Worst service of @paytm They can't even find the error and just says to check the network . Means from several days there is network problem and solution given by them is just reinstall the app. Why not uninstall and look for other one.

@Paytmcare @Paytm this is in regard to my ticket number 63408047. I was told that the refund will be initiated within 48hrs. It’s more than 48hrs now, and we haven’t received the refund now your costumer care service providers are responding to our calls.

@Paytmcare Only customer care give promises to wait your refund process soon. But 1 month above already finished not get refund till now. And only said my team working regarding this problems. I complaint to turkish airlines feedback Airlines send email your agency did not start yet process
