I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

@Paytm @Paytm There is no end to the 24x7 Customer Support questions, most of the times which fail to address my query. The tickets are abruptly & unilaterally closed, & there is no way to work against the final conclusion of the ticket. No direct customer care call support.

@PaytmBank @paytm @Paytmcare I've done a payment on Google domain but the merchant hasn't delivered it's services yet. I tried to contact them but they are saying that they haven't received any payment and I should talk with my bank. The support is not helpful.

@PaytmBusiness It’s ridiculous @Paytm , you have been sitting on money since a month now. You purposely dont want to pay it back, even though your POS showed the payment failed, you have all the proofs but u are scamming people. Customer care is equally corrupt, doesnt want to answer at all.
