I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

@Paytmcare @jatoths Cheating, I faced same problem and they told nothing doing. They charge for our money getting back for their fault.

@Paytmcare, I've tried 6 different numbers and your customer service which is an AI who really doesn't address your concern. None of the helpline numbers work or are useful. What's the point of setting this up if it makes it so difficult for a customer to get any help or query?

@Paytm The whole company PAYTM is fraud. They are doing fraud with both customers and fse executives. No timely salary. False attendance. False offer to merchant. No payment for service fse. I have worked for 15 days but given only 4.5 days attendance.
