I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

The customer service levels of @Paytm epitomised by support team flatly refusing to address my complaint. And then "CEO" @vijayshekhar not even responding to my email for 3 days. No wonder they haven't posted a profit and never will. Customers will always leave. I'm leaving today

Update: the issue was resolved and I was able to do the transactions. @Paytm @Paytmcare you need to do a lot of improvement in your customer care if you have so many services. With such a delayed response you are going to have more churn rates.

Hello everyone using @Paytm Please don’t turn on your paytm post paid because they will charge you fees after this and this service is not being closed after 10 times I have told to close my postpaid
