I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

@Paytm please look into the issue. I have raised a request regarding my refund on flight cancellation during May end. The issue has not yet been resolved. Everytime I am calling paytm customer service, they give me a new deadline. The amount has been refunded by @IndiGo6E.

@Paytm Hello there, payment failed but amount deducted from the bank. I put out a 24x7 help center where it said that I'd be getting an answer from your team within 4 hours. I'm tweeting this after 6 hours. I'd like my refund please.

Team @Paytm & @vijayshekhar you really need to work hard on customer support. Hot line is all recorded, no agent support. Unable to raise tickets, if able then agent not able to understand the issue. Really disappointing.

@Paytm Please give us an option to change our UPI id. Our phone number is exposing to unknown marchants or to unknown clients. There is no problem with at the paytm. Just ensure no phone number exposure.
