I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

@Paytmcare @jatoths Cheating, I faced same problem and they told nothing doing. They charge for our money getting back for their fault.

@Paytmcare Thanks for the timely support with great help of twitter. The money is refunded! One thing I strongly observed from Paytm customer care is they dont know anything or they are intended to do it. How they asked me to check with airlines for the ticket booked in paytm?
