I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

Dear @Paytm , whenever money is deducted from customer and not paid to vendor, please send it back to customer only. In these cases Customers will be asked to pay in cash. If pending payment is done after 1 or 2 days to vendor, customer has to go to him and struggle to get money.

Hi, I booked one ticket from IRCTC on 3rd August from HDFC card and they gateway was Paytm as confirmed by IRCTC customer support people. My amount got deducted and I still have not received my refund back till now. It's been almost 15 days over.@Paytmcare @IRCTCofficial
