    I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

    I sent payment to a particular number but payment was received by third-party. Amount was 3510 Rs. And I was trying to reach the customer support agent on call from 2-3 hours but customer care agents are not taking calls. Plz look into this matter @Paytm @Paytmcare.

    @Paytm Help sought from your 24x7 desk not at all useful and they still marked it solved. Too much of automation does not allow you to have right feedback and solve simple issues

    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare Hi paytm, One of the worst support experiences I had with paytm business, i have purchased a soundbox due to some issues it is not working. Soundbox returned but no replacement till now it's been >30days no support & no reply from the team pc:🤬
