I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

@Paytmcare @jatoths Cheating, I faced same problem and they told nothing doing. They charge for our money getting back for their fault.

I have to complaint it on Twitter because Paytm has not investigate it properly. I have been charged Rs 2661.36 for availing service of Clix Finance India Private LTD. Which I have never used it. Moreover, I can't see transaction ID and that amount in Paytm passbook. @Paytmcare

@Paytm I have been contacting the customer help for a month and yet no one is giving any response. This is terrible. Everytime i am assured my problem will be solved and it is forgotten. My mails and queries are not replied. Please look into this matter.
