    I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

    @Paytmcare @jatoths Cheating, I faced same problem and they told nothing doing. They charge for our money getting back for their fault.

    @Paytmcare I added 1000rs to paytm wallet.I am unable to send the money to the bank account as it asking upgrade KYC.Why didn't you ask me to update KYC before adding money to wallet ? Is this looting money from people? I have tried for Video KYC many times.But it is not working.

    @Paytmcare While booking pathan movie ticket. checking out payment option I accidentally clicked on postpaid and without otp the ticket is booked and money got deducted. I want to cancel this tickets. As this is only 2 tickets. Do won't make it. Can you help me please?
