    I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

    @Paytmcare Hi, Earlier I had linked my document details with older Paytm account. Now i don't have access to that account and number. I want to delink that details and use it on my new Paytm Account. Contacted Customer Care, they are not interested in replying. Hope to get help

    @Paytmcare I can't change adress In payment Fast tag and Only select ahmedabad as City. I have to change it from Ahmedabad to Gandhinagar but Can't do that. Worst service of @Paytm

    @Paytmcare It’s totally fake and your service is worst than ever . Following up for last 1 year for a air ticket refund. Every time I call your customer care, they tell that they are taking the case on priority ...shame of your after sales service.
