I have booked train tickets through paytm and thus due to any issue the train tickets are not booked. As paytm asked to refund the same and till now, about it tooks 15 days but money has not been refunded @Paytm

Ticket ID 3242563390 Mobile Number of Paytm has been changed (updated) by some fraudster. Not able to have full access to original account. PaytmCare not reachable. Only bot response are coming over 24x7 help on PAYTM app. @vijayshekhar pls help @Paytmcare pls respond.

Our experience with @Paytm @Paytmcare KYC process for reactivating a 'frozen' wallet due to KYC: Aadhaar OTP is received but app says "Entered invalid OTP" Went to local store to do offline KYC, store says server has been down for months. No one is bothered. @RBI

I'm being charged with paytm postpaid late fee but I have never ever activated this service. There's no way to connect with your customer care for paytm postpaid. There's just an automated chat that is useless. You guys keep sending bills every month . @Paytm @vijayshekhar
