    @Paytm it is very difficult to do any transaction with paytm. I paid credit card bill of 10k, which is showing in progress since yesterday morning. No customer care support. Thankfully i tried with 10k, my entire bill was more than 1lakh. Today is due date. No update on it

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare worst payment application so far I have used. No customer service no help nothing can be hoped from your side. Don't force me to go for an ombudsman. No action taken till date.

    .@Paytm has gone down in quality ever since wallet got banned. It seems they lost interest in consumer app, even Times Prime Paytm flight booking codes broken starting with R49 series, not working. Paytm's interested in payment gateway & merchant QR businesses only. @VijayShekhar

    @Paytmcare it's more than 2 week but no solution of my problem...my 2300 money deducted from my UPI lite account but no refund till now...and always saying it will be solved soon...how much should I wait...worst service by Paytm...I will never use Paytm 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Today I tried to book ticket from IRCTC(JP to MMCT) and paid via PayTM payment gateway. Money deducted from account but its showing timeout on PayTM gateway page. Also on IRCTC failed booking section, its showing status that Payment Initiated. Plz help
