    @Paytmcare My question is you are luring people with upto rs 400 cashback on a minimum spend of rs 150 , where a customer shops for rs 5400 and more , you still give them rs 5 cashback? What are you trying to do here ? Lure the old customers who left you 4 such low level marketing gimicks?

    It has been 6 months since I closed my Paytm fastag but wallet balance and security deposits hasn't been transferred to my bank account. Can you look this matter? It is really disappointing that there isn't any customer care number that is working @PaytmBank @Paytm @Paytmcare

    Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation.     @Paytmcare @Paytmcare its already more than a week you said ill get a link for payment never i got, even i called the customer care many time they will say the same again wait for the link, is there any process really set up by paytm to handle such cases at all? No one has any clarity

    Paytm interface is best in entire upi ecosystem as I think, but they never gives cashback and mislead customer with digital gold coin which has zero value, as per rbi guidelines, only sgb bonds and physical gold has a value, digital gold is useless and has no value @Paytm
