@Paytmcare My refund issue is still unresolved. I was asked to wait 45 days for the chargeback raised by Paytm, but even after the waiting period there is no update or refund. Both the bank and merchant say they have no information since Paytm initiated the chargeback. Plz help

Can anyone share the email ID of @Paytm? They are not closing my Paytm Business account and I’m also unable to surrender 2 Soundboxes despite repeated requests through the app. To make matters worse, local agents have changed my business address twice without my consent. Customer care numbers are always busy or calls are kept on hold, and there is no support in the local language. Despite many requests, the response is always “we are resolving it.” This is extremely frustrating. Requesting @Paytmcare to urgently look into this issue and close my merchant account properly.

@Paytmcare Booked a flight via Paytm on 5 Dec 2025 (Lucknow–Mumbai, travel: 14 Feb 2026). Flight: 6E-6938 | PNR: T6H84M. Cancelled through Indigo customer care on 7 Jan due to change in plans and was informed the refund would be processed by Paytm.
