@Flipkart @Paytm I recommend you guys to find a better courier partner for the shipments to Kerala. @EcomExpress_Ofc provides the worst service here. I have 2 shipments pending currently from Flipkart and Paytm.

@Paytm why you blocked my account for adding money to my own account. You wouldn’t unblock ot and you would not allow me talk to customer care as well. In your IVR is so rigged, there is no way to talk to your agents. I don’t know what is wrong here.
