@Paytmcare Booking done in minutes and support is to be waited for 4 hours which is more than a movie show time. And you say 24/7 support.

@Paytmcare @Paytm From there till Jan, late fees of 2065 has been accumulated. All the txns have been paid off. I get calls from Paytm execs once/week demanding to pay the pending dues in a horribly rude manner. There is no other way to contact customer care. Kindly assist.

Hey @paytm @Paytmcare I was unable to pay my postpaid dues on 17th due to upi server issues. However could pay it up past 12:00 a.m. only to find out I've been charged a hefty late fee!! Please look into this matter.

@vijayshekhar Sir, but as a merchant of @Paytm @Paytmcare I can only say that your customer service is very poor and you pls need to seriously look into it. As your customer service people only know how to write mails but have no solution at all to the problems of customer.
