I have tried to contact @Paytm customer support multiple times to confirm if they received the defective Paytm Soundbox I sent. But they are unresponsive and unwilling to check. @vijayshekhar, can you assist in getting their attention to resolve this issue? @PaytmBusiness (2/2)

@Paytmcare I had booked bus ticket through Paytm app and I didn't receive the bus details till now when only 20 mins r left for departure. Neither your customer support team nor the operator is responding. I will not book tickets again using Paytm.
