Had an issue with @Paytm upi so raised a query with their "24*7" support. Here support just means redirecting you to their faq. Since none of the options were related to my query, chose the one which I felt is closest.

@Paytm I was using this as a regular bank and @Paytm showed me how ****** up they can be.. I would suggest you guys to take all your money from this bank to another.. My 15k is stuck with them, my mutual funds, my money is stuck! I cant even log in to take my money, I am starving!
