I renewed my vehicle insurance policy (Vehicle No. OD02AK9911) through Paytm on Digit Insurance two days ago. Payment was successfully completed and KYC was also done. Yet no policy.

It would have been great if the Paytm support team had resolved this issue sooner. The resolution took more than a week and required multiple follow-ups through both Twitter and the Paytm app.
