@Paytmcare I kindly request you guys to please have a whatsapp number such that any person can connect with you people in a more hassle free number. The process of chat help through the app is somewhat tedious, and help line numbers take atleast 15 mins to get connected.

@Paytm #PaytmPostpaid is great feature to pay at stores,petrol pumps&book tickets for movies& traveling, without adding money to wallet. But at some places like @kfc @dominos @McDonalds @INOXMovies @_PVRCinemas still need to add money to wallet first, OTP problems too.

Hi @Paytmcare @IndiGo6E. I had booked two seats total worth Rs 249. The transaction was initiated, amount for debited from my @Paytm wallet but seats were not booked and the executive at Pune Airport informed me that I shall be refunded. Can you both please help here?

@paytm Without any information my account is blocked, tell me to complete kyc when I do then Paytm told that it's details already used in another acc so they block my account and no customer care agent is ready to pick up my call,there is no option to report your issue.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I have a fastag on my account for a vehicle I already sold. I want to close the fast tag because the person can misuse it! When I click on close fast tag it says "fastag not delivered yet contact support" No option for this query in support! REPLY ASAP!
