@Paytm #PaytmPostpaid is great feature to pay at stores,petrol pumps&book tickets for movies& traveling, without adding money to wallet. But at some places like @kfc @dominos @McDonalds @INOXMovies @_PVRCinemas still need to add money to wallet first, OTP problems too.

@Paytmcare I kindly request you guys to please have a whatsapp number such that any person can connect with you people in a more hassle free number. The process of chat help through the app is somewhat tedious, and help line numbers take atleast 15 mins to get connected.

@Paytm is like a part of payment now. But it has the worst service, and all the executives I have spoken till now are senseless. I am never using Paytm again. @Paytm didn't expect such poor service from you. #deactivatingpaytm

@Paytmcare We are having a business account with Paytm with good transaction record,for last 5 days we are trying to change our existing account to OD account and failing to do so.None of your Raipur city official are able to help. A mail is also sent.look into this.

@Paytmcare My money got deducted from my failed transaction @Paytm I have already messaged to paytm 24x7 but didn’t get any response I even tried to call the customer service 30 times but they never answered literally worst service I also contacted SBI they say talk to paytm..

2/2 I don't know who are responsible for this, @JioMart @ICICIBank and @Paytm please resolve my issue and refund my amount and it should be credited in my Bank account .I don't have enough time for these kind of things. Last option is consumer court.Thank you.

@Paytmcare Dear Team, I had not got any response in ticket raised in Paytm helpdesk and nor got any call from Paytm customer care I reiterated multiple times the issue is with electricity payment not with UPI issues as while using Apartment->electricity we are not getting payment option
