Recently i lost money in #bhim_upi transaction via #paytm. Amount had been debited through account but couldn't reached to the recipient. My account is in PNB. Kindly help me to get rid of such issue. @RBI @pnbindia @NPCI_BHIM @Paytm

@Paytm #PaytmPostpaid is great feature to pay at stores,petrol pumps&book tickets for movies& traveling, without adding money to wallet. But at some places like @kfc @dominos @McDonalds @INOXMovies @_PVRCinemas still need to add money to wallet first, OTP problems too.

@PhonePe is getting good response in Rural india. There sales/technicians are visiting registered business physically and asking if they are having problem while using phonepe QR scanner or any other problems unlike @Paytm where they dont even listen registered business on call.

@ShivamK23797133 @Paytm same issue here - I've been telling them I'm not receiving OTPs, my wallet with > ₹5k seems inactive all of a sudden. I'm pleading with them to close my account & refund my balance but they sent me absurd responses saying I need to give them 2 hours on a call to sort out🤔

@Paytmcare I have paid my Jan Bill and for Feb my renewed limit as provided to me should be ₹1000 but ₹15 is auto deducted from the limit I want clearifivmcation for this and without solving my issue my Ticket was closed want immediate clearity on this.
